What do you like best?

What do you like best?

Marketo has solid lifecycle and score management solutions. The score of potential customers can be tokenized to create efficient and scalable models. Activated sales alert and MQL emails allow sales to follow up with highly qualified leads. Commitment programs that allow you to easily nurture potential customers through the client's journey. Segment your audience and send dynamic content that is customized to each segmentation. Smart list logic and campaigns allow many different types of activated campaigns.

What do you dislike?

The search functionality could be much easier with keywords or creation date. I know that the platform has just been updated to search based on the URL, but it might require a bit more work to ease the task of new employees who have tons of legacy items. - The speed of the platform is sometimes frustrating. It can be excellent sometimes ... other times it becomes harder to believe, by pulling lists, approving emails and landing pages, and simply jumping from campaign to campaign. Sometimes I even have to restart or update the platform to get it moving again. - The calendar design of the campaign is not intuitive and leaves the marketing teams using a Google calendar or similar function to track the campaign sequence and results. You can use it if you spend some time on it, but it definitely could be better.

"I love Marketo and itś robust platform"

What do you like best?

As a management tool, Marketo has given me the opportunity to enhance my personal strategies and those forclients. This helped me to make the necessary arrangements to make each project better.

Your Mail Marketing system is excellent and the templates taste good.

In mobile I have been surprised with the cross-channel solution for phones, tablets and smartgears.

The analytic system is perfect, I could track my campaign at any time and experience failures in real time.

What do you dislike?

The user friendly is not integrated and learning curve is very high. If i gonna do a marketing strategy, i have to be trained before using.

Pricing is very high. Is not easy to maintaing a monthly payment

Marketo is providing an engagement marketing platform with integrated services including marketing automation, email marketing and more. The Marketo price point is at the upper end of the spectrum and an annual contract with quarterly payment is required.

I improved the response time to errors that damaged our capture system, lead generation (sales funnels) and conversions.

In terms of results, EXCELLENT. I was able to take more than 3 projects simultaneously, as well as see their status in multi platforms.

Thanks to its robust technology, it was possible to calculate the ROI, which my clients appreciated since it was possible to predict the possible losses and change on the go, if necessary. This greatly improved the final results, Thank You MARKETO !!

"Great for collecting leads, poor for creating emails"

What do you like best?

I like working with our marketing ops team to easily create Marketo forms and programs for lead generation. The salesforce integration makes it easy to see every interaction a lead has with our site.

What do you dislike?

The UX of the platform and the email builder. It is very difficult to create anything and we've experienced bugs with the templates provided. When talking to customer support about the issue, the response has pretty much been, "It's your problem to solve."

Make sure you have an in-house technical team to help you with the platform because it's not very user friendly.

Collection of marketing engaged leads from content downloads and subscriptions and then sending weekly subscriber emails sorted by timezone. We've also been able to use Marketo to A/B test different formats, layouts and subject lines of emails to increase open rates and click throughs.

"A feature-rich automated system for marketing"

What do you like best?

I like Marketo's reports and dashboard feature which is very informatics and clear to understand. the most, it gives me a clear picture or each and every campaign like Link clicked, open ratio, bounce ratio, inbox delivery and more and on the other hand, I like their customer support team too, they are amazing, supportive and very responsive.

What do you dislike?

From the side of the administration, there are some limitations to the platform that make it a bit cumbersome, such as not being able to eliminate programs in a massive way. Besides, learning to use this tool can be a bit difficult for beginners. Without more to say mobile application is weak. It is only able to provide a snapshot of the data and can not do much in terms of operational capacity.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Marketo is recommended not only as a marketing automation platform, but specifically is great in the performance of email with reports and messages adjusted to improve customer commitment. Use it and check the successful tools he has.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It facilitates the creation of standardized programs and copying for other uses. This is an impressive feature, as it saves me a lot of time. It should be noted that once you have configured your templates and modules, editing emails is very easy and fast. It is also excellent for creating depth in your marketing database and for developing scores that help identify the most qualified potential customers. It's great that Marketo listens to its clients and continues adding new functions that facilitate our work.
