What do you like best?

An incredible team and Ferrari-level platform. Interface is gorgeous. Thoughtful design and UX.

What do you dislike?

I think the downsides are mainly related to things outside the scope of control. Each social platform has its own peculiarities and regulations. Those can become pesky in the day-to-day.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Oktopost has helped us organize our content, certainly, but what it has done most spectacularly is create an energy of importance around B2B social efforts within our company. We have noticed an uptick in engagement and in interest.

What do you like best?

I do not understand why Oktopost is underrated yet it is one of the simplest, user friendly and best social media campaigns managers. I find it so useful due to the way it is so easy to trace and track the campaigns which many software of its kind cannot even offer to do. Apart from that, the user interface alone is just out of this world! So nice for the users to post but also the automatic timetable which many call scheduler is just another awesome feature that makes Oktopost special from many more other software in its bracket.

What do you dislike?

The real truth is that I have not encountered a lot of problematic issues during my time while using Oktopost. Just a few issues need to be put right for it to be the best ever for example vague language that may take one a couple of days to figure out. Apart from that I find Oktopost so incredible an application.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I can never fail to recommend Oktopost to the people especially those into business trying to manage the online target market. Oktopost is the most favorite software to do this for you. Trust me you will not regret once you start using it

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Sincerely speaking, Oktopost has made my social media business pages bulge with a great deal of interactions from various viewers who are potential clients. I t is simple for me to plan my time because of scheduling and this also helps me figure out which pages i have not made active yet.

What do you like best?

Oktopost is built for data driven B2B marketing organizations. It's a strategic tool to effectively scale awareness, brand attributions and pipeline generation. I'm a returning customer to Oktopost, and everytime I'm surprised with the new features and functionalities - but mostly the data driven and marketing integration mindset behind the platform. And of course, the excellent customer support we receive at every step of the way, whenever we need it.

What do you dislike?

I'd say the downside of Oktopost is that they haven't realized their full and ambitious potential yet. That takes time, and as a customer it is rewarding being on that journey with them, as they really listen and create features based on constant customer feedback.

Look deep into the features and capabilities of this platform - it is way more than what meets the eye.

What do you like best?

The calendar's drag and drop functionality makes scheduling/rescheduling posts very easy. The analytics are accessible and useful. The campaigns feature is extremely helpful for sorting content and seeing what performs best.

What do you dislike?

Being able to crosspost across different social platforms at once, instead of copying the message from one post on one platform to another, would be really helpful.

What do you like best?

I love that the platform is always evolving, I feel like I'm constantly learning and growing right along with Oktopost.

What do you dislike?

It's not so much a broad dislike of the platform, it's actually hard for me to focus on a negative; but, if I had to pick something, I think it would have to be the lack of individual message "tags" for better sorting ability. Currently, I'm trying to find a way to organize my messages (by idea) within a campaign. Sometimes I can have a whole bunch of messages under 1 campaign that all having to do with an overarching theme, but the messages could be structured differently or promote different things such as whitepapers about that theme, or maybe our micro sites, or specific products that all fit under that theme. It'd be nice to go into a campaign, say "I know I want to promote our whitepapers for this theme more this month" and then be able to sort the message bank to show me just the messages that I've tagged as having to do with promoting our whitepapers. Then, I could use the auto-poster function and so on. Again it's nit-picky but it's something I've been hoping can be implemented.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It probably goes without saying but it's very good to have a good, communicative relationship with your account manager. I'm constantly asking questions, providing feedback, and getting the latest information on Oktopost updates through both email and phone conversations. It helps me to never feel like I'm left to figure out things on my own regarding Oktopost or social media management in general.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The auto-poster function in Oktopost is a lifesaver, I can't event begin to imagine having to individually select EACH message and the date AND time to post them. But, aside from just saving time, Oktopost is a great overall social media management tool, it helps a lot with my reporting each month... having so many different specific engagements being tracked really helps us to understand where our time is best spent.

What do you like best?

Oktopost makes it very easy to share social content on multiple channels quickly. I can post to Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn within seconds of each other, and I never have to bounce around to the different channels. I can post on one platform, and I can gather data results on how our social content is performing by using the Analytics section in Oktopost. We started using the Advocacy Board this year, and my sales reps love using the board. I highly recommend Oktopost for all your social media needs!

What do you dislike?

With social media, the recommended image size varies. If you do not have your image size at a certain size, Oktopost will not post it. This is not a big deal. If you are on top of monitoring Oktopost, then you will be able to catch the error and re-post it with the correct image size.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With Oktopost, I am saving time by using only one channel to post social content instead of having to go to each individual channel to post. One of the biggest benefits of using Oktopost is that you can track your social media campaigns to see how you are performing. You can make adjustments based on the results.

What do you like best?

I love that our international team can post to multiple platforms at once, and that we have full visibility into what each region is posting and when. The analytics help us understand what types of messages are performing well and on which channels.

What do you dislike?

Posts have to be geo-targeted one by one. LinkedIn disconnects every 60 days. Twitter will not allow posts to more than one profile at a time. Autoposting often clusters posts together on one profile. Would like for Advocates to be able see a calendar of what they are posting AND what is being posted on their behalf.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We've taken what was a scattered approach using multiple platforms and consolidated our efforts b using only Oktopost. We're now able to plan and prepare content in advance and clearly see results by region, campaign, audience ane more.

What do you like best?

When I first started to used Oktopost I've tough, it would be very difficult, specially because I was used to using another tool. But how wrong was I. It's a very intuitive tool, for who manage and, also, for who use the tool as an advocate. I´m often doing "tutorials" on how to use the tool and I can take 10min and go over all the functions and witchcraft that Oktopost provide and everybody understand and get thrilled with how easy is to use.

What do you dislike?

Although I really like to work with Oktopost, I think the changes that happen take too long to be implemented.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Work on the tagging, specially on Facebook and Linkedin. Normally we can´t find @ when the name have -

Our Advocacy program is the spected that is really improving. We started a few months ago and we can really see the difference and our engage people can be with our content.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Helps me develop realistic results because it grants open access to campaigns and complete conversations in related LinkedIn groups. Allows me to compare and evaluate effectiveness of various working groups, and doesn’t waste my time. The social inbox is particularly useful, because I can reply straight from there instead of letting millions of emails pile on my account. Finally, it reduced the time and effort I used to spend doing LinkedIn marketing. I find it much more effective his way!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing at all! I am completely satisfied with the product. They are still developing some features, but I’m positive that it won’t take a lot of time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The main point was to reduce time devoted to doing LinkedIn marketing. Without Oktopost, we would never have achieved that

What do you like best?

The scheduling is easy, and our team has responded well to the sharing/advocacy board.

What do you dislike?

No major complaints currently - we have had a few small bugs.

We are able to see real value from our employee advocacy program. The program has been a success because Oktopost is very easy to use. The social metrics are also helpful, and I can quickly and easily pull a report.
