Aloware is a phone system software that supports calls and texts. It is a no-hardware replacement for the user's PBX and has a customizable call manager that connects to their CRM & helpdesk. The tool offers progressive diallers and smart queues and callbacks for minimized customer on-hold time. Two-way business texting and IVR toolset with recording are available. The tool also features a live dashboard updated in real-time with data such as key performance indicators. There are workflows and actions can be set to be triggered on many events. Form capture is another feature facilitating lead intake/outreach automation and the Contact manager functions like a limited functionality CRM. Team management is available with the capability to handle unlimited users and agents. Users can also create view-only reports and have access to advanced routing based on simultaneous and sequential rules. Moreover, an open API creates many integration possibilities.

What do you like best?

Aloware makes our lives much much easier. The power dialer feature that they have allows us to call our prospects efficiently with just the push of a button. Aloware also has a full Hubspot integration feature which is definitely a plus for us.

What do you dislike?

Nothing that I can think of. So far, I like everything about the software.

"Good product"

What do you like best?

Integration to Guesty and Slack. Tech oriented platform with lots of functionality.

What do you dislike?

My customer service concerned were solved and I have been assigned to another account manager.

"What do you like best?"

What do you like best?

Aloware has been so patient with us. From demo to trial to finally purchasing the product, they helped us every step of the way. They are attentive and answer all of our questions about the product.

What do you dislike?

I wish their app is much better but I know they continuously improve it whenever possible.

This is going to be the decision you will be ever made if you switch to aloware. No regrets.

"Aloware + HubSpot: perfect combination"

What do you like best?

Aloware integrates seamlessly with HubSpot! Our team really likes that feature because we can directly call from HubSpot and all the activity logs show in the contact card so we don’t have to go back and forth. It’s one of the best integrations we have ever experienced so far.

What do you dislike?

Nothing major, really. Sometimes the app changes my status to offline even if I don’t want to be set to offline.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Because of the Aloware integration with HubSpot, we don’t have to go back and forth across different tabs, which helps us work better.

"The best dialer we’ve ever used."

What do you like best?

Dialer is customizable to our needs. Before everyday is a struggle connecting with leads-- we receive about 600+ leads per day. Aloware just makes it easy for us to call them.

What do you dislike?

So far, I love everything about Aloware. Though we experience miinor app glitches, it doesn’t happen often. Plus they’ve got great customer service.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We’ve come up with a better outbound system with the team. The app offers a lot you can do to automate tasks.

"Smart work-from-home setup"

What do you like best?

We’re a small startup but because of the pandemic, we decided to not come to work at the office yet. Good thing we subscribed with Aloware, and it made it easy for us to switch our office jobs to remote. Everything’s the way it was, and we’re so glad we did this.

What do you dislike?

I’ve got one experience when the mobile app seems to freeze as I use it. But kudos to the customer service for the prompt action.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It made WFH possible and doable. Some businesses find it difficult to switch from the office to working remotely, but not us. All thanks to Aloware.

What do you like best?

Managing everything in one system is insane! We never thought it’s possible until Aloware. We’re a small startup and our business is growing and Aloware just gave us the right tools to keep up with growing customers.

Minimal app glitches, but overall, none.
