What do you like best?

Easy to use, my team quickly engaged with the tool, you can apply it for multiple activities during our Client Success Job. We are more efficient when contacting clients that are at the same stage of the funnel, we can just launch a flow for them, and follow up later. Appointment scheduling is now like magic, very easy for clients to book time with us.

What do you dislike?

Well, you always want more of the tools we use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are contacting groups of clients to address onboarding and engagement with them all at once. Each client success creates its own flows (each market behaves differently) and applies them, we can later see the more successful. Appointment scheduling is now like magic, very easy for clients to book time with us.

What do you like best?

I love how user-friendly and easy it is to use. It's such an easy way to create on-the-fly campaigns that you can tailor via the SFDC integration. The gmail integration is also a huge help

What do you dislike?

It would be nice to organize flows into folders- it can be tedious scrolling through all active flows when you have quite a few in use

Great tool for lightweight, easy to ship email campaigns sales/success can generate on their own

Easily initiating and managing many conversation. Also being able to track what's working and what isn't and using the analytics and being able to quickly adjust.

What do you like best?

I like Groove's ability to make organized flows: scripts for emails and cold call reminders for each individual account.

I pride myself as an organized SDR, and I owe a lot of that to the fact that Groove keeps me on track with the best email automation I've had the opportunity of using. I would even go as far to say that Groove was responsible for me being promoted into Sales.

Joining a startup company in the market research space, I was one of a couple of BDRs with a very large territory. The company I had joined had a much superior product in the industry, and the biggest challenge of the role was getting the word of my company out to large CPGs that aren't necessarily looking for new vendors all the time. By leveraging the flows, I was able to stay organized and reach the right folks in a handful of organizations that was surely noticed by our Sales Leadership.

My favorite aspect of Groove is the ability to track who is opening my emails, and where they are getting sent to, as well as when links are being opened up. This is so helpful when proving to my Sales Directors that my Org Chart and prospecting is paying dividends by getting emails and contracts in front of key stakeholders and decision makers at my accounts.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes attaching files can be a little daunting, causing for emails to be blocked and whitelisted.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend Groove if you have a workforce that is on top of their game and looking to optimize efficiencies.

Our company is solving the problem of reaching various teams within large organizations, and then staying on top of those keys contacts for optimal org charting.

What do you like best?

Groove has helped me save time on a busy schedule. The email templates are easy to set up and send to clients. Many of my clients will also book a meeting with me directly through the email with Groove’s scheduler. I have also used Groove Flows for email blast for our department emails. I really like to view the analytics after I send the email, to see who is viewing and opened the email. I usually set up the flow to remove clients that open the email and send to those that the email may have missed.

What do you dislike?

Groove will only pull email contacts from our Salesforce. I would prefer to just upload a csv to email blast anyone, not just contacts/leads in Salesforce. Recently, Google had updated their preferences. This has made it difficult for clients to see a "Join the meeting" link in the calendar invite, when scheduled through Groove scheduler. I would recommend to bring this option back. This will allow us to proceed with Google Meet meetings.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Easy to book clients through the scheduler. Quick and efficient email blast. It has saved me time on making calls because clients enjoy booking via email. I can see which clients open my emails for follow up. I also use the analytics to compare which emails are effective. When using the flows, we can set up drip campaigns by using the triggers in Groove.

What do you like best?

Organization! Groove keeps me organized and allows for me to execute on necessary sales touchpoints to book meetings!

What do you dislike?

I do wish we could pause individual flows vs just all of the flows or individual people within flows.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Groove keeps me organized with my prospecting touchpoints and gives me insight to analytics of how many touchpoints it takes to book a meeting. It also gives me insight to which emails are most effective.

It helps me keep in good contact with my prospects and customers. I like that I can see what is going on behind the scenes.

What do you dislike?

I don't see any downsides with Groove. It is an added benefit to my work day.

Get the product now. It will help you with all your sales deals and get them to close.

It is helping me close the deal in the end. I believe it speeds up the process of moving the deal through the pipeline and eventually closing the deal in the end.

What do you like best?

Groove is a very cool plugin that changes the way you use your email. Calls log on straight to salesforce. You can also use the tasks. The thing I like the most is that I can see that someone has seen my message and templates. The cool thing is that I see other people's templates. Groove is constantly coming out with new, beneficial features and makes automating my work flow simple and easy.

I'd like to see pre-recorded webinars on the new features, as they come out.

For me, Flow is the best tool.

It helps me a lot, as well as being very intuitive.

I can create a very structured email cadence very easily and even record all my activities very quickly.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the Google Chrome Extension doesn't work.
