What do you like best?
Bitrix24 is a platform that simplifies our project management, collaboration and communication tasks through the use of tools such as social networks, tasks, projects, CRM, document management, online storage and sales team management just to mention a few. Bitrix 24 also allows us to plan events, calendars and manage meetings another positive point is that it offers a free 30-day trial of its professional plan with which we can fully explore all its features also has kaban user interface this is great because most users are very familiar with this type of interface this increases our performance much more.
What do you dislike?
Bitrix24 has an excellent interface but many of the tools that groups can be difficult to learn by the user which requires time and work so the learning curve is high, talking about the functionality of your mobile application we must say that is a little limited can become really tedious to work with colleagues through the mobile application Bitrix technical support is very professional but receive a prompt response can be complicated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend bitrix for companies similar to ours that have large teams because we need to make many budgets, invoices and manage a large number of tasks and projects, the rates of bitrix plans can be high so I would recommend this platform to a company that can afford such an expense which if it corresponds very well to the quality of the program and finally I would recommend first to use their free 30-day plan to familiarize yourself with the use of the interface and various tools.

Bitrix 24 es un software bastante útil en mi organización hacemos uso por ejemplo de las herramientas BI tales como métricas de rendimiento y paneles de comunicaciones las herramientas scrum para realizar informes diarios gestionar tareas y supervisión KPI, herramientas de comunicación de empleados como calendarios, conferencias de audio y video, uso compartido de archivos y directorio de empleados que nos son bastante útiles para el funcionamiento harmónico de nuestra organización.
