Exceptional Service / Support
Angelo of Tawk.to went out of his way to make sure that all my questions (and reservations) were answered. His Chat services are exactly what my new company needs and have provided. Be sure to check out their additional services, too.
As for the haters with bad reviews, get a life. Tawk.to is a wonderful, FREE service with an exceptional support function. Very hard to beat that! Highly recommend!

A brilliant FREE product!
Pretty sure most of the negative reviews are by jealous competitors, because in my experience Tawk is a valuable live chat widget that costs nothing to use. Customisable, flexible widgets, a decent phone app, easy integration with WordPress - what's not to love?! Ignore the haters, most of them are either fake, clueless or just spiteful.

Tawk.to has filled a realtime gap in our CRM
I plugged Tawk.to into my nanny-finding site, and it's brilliant.

I took some time to set it up properly, and I started with the 100% free product. The onboarding was very good, and the guidance was excellent.

I then decided to go deeper and turned on AI Assists. I allowed a trawl of my website (you can select pages) and added some FAQs. Again, it is easy to do and well-supported.

I've been testing it within the Tawk dashboard, asking loads of questions, and it's replied perfectly every time.

I think the key is to set things up properly—don't skip through things. What you put into the setup is largely proportionate to the value you get out of it day to day.

4 Amazing Years with Tawk and Counting!
I have worked with Tawk for going on 4 years now and hiring them has been the best decision I have made for my business.

This review is years overdue.

The CEO of the company John set me up with 3 interviews years ago and the first interview was a match.

Whenever there has been any issue I have been able to reach out to him directly and he literally responds to my email in a matter of minutes. (I had one small issue in nearly 5 years)

I found his service through a website developer that added the free Tawk software to my site back in 2019

Hiring a VA is one of the best ways to run your business in my opinion.

The dedication and pride taken by the virtual agents is next to none. Not sure how they are able to find such dedicated workers as on my own I have not been so lucky.

John took the time recently to help explain how there Apollo AI works and it is amazing what it can do just in its early stages and improving on a regular basis. I can't wait to see what it looks like in 6-12 months.

Anyways, I will stop there. Thanks John and to my VA and the entire team that makes everything happen at Tawk.

My business would not be what it is without you guys.

What do you like best about tawk.to?

It is user-friendliness and cost-effective.

The easy setup, customization options, and the fact that it offers a robust free plan make it accessible to businesses of all sizes.

It's like having a 24/7 support team without a lot investment.

The ability to engage with customers in real-time and gain valuable insights about website visitors is truly invaluable.

Before tawk.to I used to thought that it would be very expensive so I never researched about it but my hosting company suggested me to try once & twak.to is awesome.

My favourite is Automation Bot in free plan.

I have integrated it with my Web Hosting providing website (Host Harbor).

I am using it everyday, Since when I started to use it I can now track visitors activity & then priotize which page needs more attention.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

I don't have any complaints with tawk.to & it is excellent. But I noticed some crashing issues in android app (not sure if its only me or not), but works excellent in pc.

I will highly recommend you to go for it.

What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are some bugs in android app but I get frequent updated so its okay. Otherwise I didn't notice anything I am using it since 2-3 months
