What are the best aspects of this product?
SuperSaaS has been my go-to scheduling app for almost a decade now. It has reduced my workload because my students can access it conveniently to book or cancel their lessons. It is also great that SuperSaaS is responsive to its customers' needs. Every time I requested a new feature, they kept in mind and would include it in their updates. When they did, they would even notify me so I could lookout for it. It is also helpful that they have multiple subscription tiers that are economical so it's not heavy on the pocket.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
More than a complaint, I have a suggestion. SuperSaaS is not very appealing to the eyes. While it's not something I mind overly much, it would help if they could revamp it a little. It would also help if they implemented new features faster. However, this is more of a personalization request than anything else so it's not really a complaint.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
There's not a lot of phone calls to answer anymore since customers can see for themselves my availability online and choose a time that is convenient for them.
