It comes heavily featured with scheduling and appointment scheduling features. "Very impressed with Appointy"

What do you like best?

I have been looking to streamline my appointment system and Appointy's software has managed to exceed my expectations. Very user friendly for me and the clients find it easy to book too. The support team is excellent and was very patient and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My students' sessions always used to overlap earlier and there would be double bookings or instances where I had to cut short one session because of improper scheduling. "Easy to use and very efficient"

What do you like best?

I am extremely satisfied with appointy. The software makes it super easy for my clients and myself to use. I especially love their customer service, they always respond in a timely manner at all hours!

Before the trial was even complete, I had clients scheduled for my service, pay me though paypal (linked easily) and connect via zoom (also linked easily). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Turning my business virtual was a big task, but now I can easily take care of social distancing norms and make sure there's always a limited number of people in my spa, without losing out on any business. "Flexible adaptive scheduling product with excellent customer service support"

What do you like best?

I chose Appointy because it was the only product that could fit the unique scheduling needs of my business, and be adaptable within a rapidly changing business environment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bent over backwards for my use-case"

What do you like best?

The flexibility of their software and the willingness to adapt it from the top level. Other scheduling software companies I worked with were "too big" to offer anything other than their out-of-the-box service. Appointy is big, but still feels like a start up who is fighting for my business. Love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"This is a great scheduling service. Easy to use, does time zone conversion, integrates easily!"

What do you like best?

Their support team is the best. They are fast, respond within 5 minutes, are helpful and have all gone above and beyond in helping me navigate changes. In fact I like this service so much I have jumped through hoops to write them an excellent review! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

An appointment setter that's the best in the market right now.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's the only tool that I'm currently using for scheduling appointments. I'm a very busy guy. I constantly want to be given reminders of the activities I'm supposed to do. I don't like paying for a secretary.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm very happy using Appointy. First-time users can easily manage things. So nothing bad to say here at the moment.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I like how it works. Great scheduling of appointments. I'm glad I found this gem. It's one of many useful tools that I have in my list right now.

Support was flat out amazing!

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Chat support was a big help. The agent behind it all did a spectacualr job. He tailored my appointments. He was able to walk me through everything I needed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It appears the software is a bit hard to break down. I had to ask support to help me out on that.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're doing a lot of test-drive events. I feel this is a tool that will work to its full potential. We're confident it can make things happen for us in the long term. It's a great asset!

Great aesthetics. I can receive help even if I'm not subscribing to the service offering phone support. The self-help database is comprehensive. I can make customizations and offer restrictions to Appointy branding.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm currently two months into using the program. Client usage is limited at this point. The only complaint we received so far was a bad link that I sent out. Client decided to cancel an appointment but ended up getting an error message.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I strongly feel that booking online can help make my business look more professional. My business is all about yoga therapy. The thing that complicates my business is calendar management of a person from whom I'm renting space to. The good news is, Appointy is giving me the option in approving an appointment beforehand prior to confirming things with a client.
