PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

There is a lot to like about SuiteCRM. It is an open-source and it has all the features that most companies need. It offers a great way to stay connected with your clients. It also allows you to gather information about your market through surveys.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The installation process is more complex than we expected. The software is a little outdated. We wish it comes in a mobile version as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

SuiteCRM has a user-friendly and intuitive UI design. We rely on it for communicating with our customers. We were able to save a lot of money and grow our profits, thanks to this software.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We would have a better experience with a more modern and straightforward interface. We would also love to use a mobile version of SuiteCRM.

SuiteCRM allows us to manage all aspects of our business, including records, communications, employees, client relations, and sales. It is easy to use and it offers us a high level of security.

What are the best aspects of this product?

SuiteCRM has all the features that we are looking for in a lead management software. It also has several great integrations for automating sales force and marketing, managing client relations, and gathering analytics data, among others.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have nothing to dislike about the software itself. It works well and has a great interface. I only wish their support team would be more responsive as they have been slow to respond to customers in my experience.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use SuiteCRM primarily for managing and following up on leads. We also use it for managing employees and records. We very much appreciate its user-friendliness.

What are the best aspects of this product?

SuiteCRM is an open-source software that provides users with many options for customization. It is a great tool for managing customer support services, marketing efforts, and sales processes. It matches the needs of most companies and has a positive impact on the user and role management.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We would have a better experience with this software if they would improve its UI design and reporting features. We also would appreciate it if they would fix the bugs for its future versions.

We created a number of plugins and made these available at store.suitecrm.com for the benefit of this software's users.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We are able to deliver the results we want with SuiteCRM. It allows us to manage tasks, follow up on leads, and gain full visibility of our campaigns. It is also very easy to use. In fact, I learned to navigate its way faster than our previous solution. It works well for us and I am satisfied with its performance so far. We get what we pay for and even more.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We like SuiteCRM as it is in its current version but we would like it even better if it would be improved in terms of load time. Its speed is less than ideal when working with huge files. Despite this, it is still an excellent software for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

SuiteCRM enables us to create comprehensive campaign reports that contain all the quantitative data that we need.

What do you like best?

Es sencilla de usar y es customizable. El hecho de contar con un constructor de módulos y un studio para modificar las características nativas permite la adecuación inmediata al negocio. Las integraciones nativas también son un diferencial.

What do you dislike?

Hasta el momento, los add-ons ofrecidos en la pagina oficinal son muy caros para LATAM, lo que hace con que desarrollemos cosas por nuestra cuenta.

Es una solución Open Source que puede ser implementada facilmente en la nube y por un equipo propio, la versión comunidad tiene muchas funcionalidades, no tiene costo de licencias y es una excelente manera de empezar a usar un CRM en una empresa pequeña y con poco presupuesto para la adopción de ese tipo de software.

- Need to Work on UI part

- Having bugs most common features like emails,campaign etc

- Bad report module. Need good reporting module.

What do you like best?

Suite CRM is good and user-friendly CRM, Previously I was using sales-force CRM and I found it difficult to use suite CRM for few days in the beginning then I find it normal and now I am using suite CRM from almost last one year and I am pretty happy with it. I am able to generate desired reports without any issue get better overview of campaigns and can set task and follow-up for the hot leads. Overall as compare to its price it delivering more than my expectation.

What do you dislike?

Few times its work pretty slow, especially when I fetch large reports, rest other things are completely fine and overall I am happy with it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Instead of going for highly priced CRM try this once and I am sure you will thanked me later.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Detailed campaign reports was the biggest challenge we resolved with Suite CRM, it gives you detailed reporting of your sales campaign like Number of Follow-ups, Number of Hot leads, Number of Not Interested, Unsubscribe and opportunities.

SuiteCRM is a free CRM tool and no expenses are incurred in utilizing it. It is simple to track your calls and send them notifications about your products. It is easy to gather feedback from your customers about your products and services using this amazing tool survey option which is very much improved. This enables you to maintain a good rapport with your customers as you are able to know your mistakes and rectify them to improve their satisfaction.

What do you dislike?

It is not an easy task for you to install and use this amazing tool. Its mobile version is also still not available.

We have many more new customers who are attracted by our excellent services and referred by our existing customers to us. Our sales volume has now increased and we have expanded our business from our increased profit.
