OfficeAmp is an office management software that increases the productivity of the employees by providing them with instant results. It acts as an internal help desk that is established within the organization to manage the request of the employees. It works within your instant messenger and acts as an integrated issue manager. OfficeAmp integrates IT Tickets and service orders of the workplace in a single place. It allows the employees to create an issue by logging in any time. After that, the system assigns the issue to the concerned person and avails the progress report of the issue until it is resolved. It helps you to manage the ticket till the end and analyze the key metrics of its resolution rates and speed on the dashboard. It even incorporates a robust base of knowledge of all the things available around the workplace such as guest wifi password, travel policy, and pay stubs. It has an employee notification system and mail delivery management inside Slack. This is a smart platform that comes with a Frontdesk Assistant that enables efficient and engaging visitor management.
