"Horrible Company that locks you in to contract and wont let you out!!!"

What do you like best?

There is absolutely nothing good about this company they are still Small for a reason. If you have issues with account it has to be escalated and transferred a few times.

What do you dislike?

Software is not user friendly could not get to sync properly. Tech support not helpful. You will waste more time on the phone trying to get it up and running..... There are better services out there that do not lock you into a contract. Stay away from them.

"Bad company bad service and locked into contract . Don't recommend!"

What do you like best?

Nothing is good about this company they are all about getting your monthly fees and they care about nothing else.

What do you dislike?

Locked into contract with company and never used software. Realtor.com recommend as a must and then they didn't follow through and neither did Top Producer yet they still want my monthly money.

Don't do it

No benefit program is not user friendly and don't recommend.

"Like google calendar for activities"

What do you like best?

I like that I can save activities for each listing WITHIN the listing details

What do you dislike?

I dislike that I have to use internet explorer (fliers and brochures are not edit-able on other browsers

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would tell them to get it if they want to keep contacts and listing activities organized.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have worked with my broker to update all activities for each listing in such a way that I can easily report showing feedback, interest, and advertisement stats to all the owners for their properties. Putting it in the software lets my boss see it too, so she can stay on top of the goings-on.

"Functional Customer Management"

What do you like best?

The best is no limit of contacts in the system. We have THOUSANDS of contacts.

What do you dislike?

Cannot login two places at once under one account. We have half a dozen plus administrators in our office.

Good for most functions. Costs a lot.

Email limits are too low. Need unlimited user access as well.

"reminds me of 2005 website"

What do you like best?

Customer support, very responsive and helpful

What do you dislike?

I have to use Top Producer because it is what my boss uses. He is familiar and comfortable with it, and loves the customer support. I however find it very clunky and not easy to use. It seems very old school, and reminds me of a webpage circa 2005. The design and layout just isn't intuitive at all.

"The most consistent real estate CRM"

What do you like best?

TopProducer was the first real estate CRM I’ve ever used, no matter what team I work with, at one point or another, we talk about using TopProducer. TP is a good platform because they’re very consistent, pretty customizable, and easy to use. They offer free training over video conferences and their customer service is very hands on.

What do you dislike?

They never update. They haven’t changed their platform much over the last decade and they don’t have an app. Their mobile site is also much more difficult to use than their desktop. Considering how much work agents do from their phone, it’s not efficient to have them wait until they got home and had access to a computer to record notes and conversations from earlier in the day.

They are a one stop shop for client management.

"Worst CRM"

What do you like best?

Nothing , everything was turning into stress and waste of time, this was one of my worst experiences ever.

What do you dislike?

I am very still dissatisfied with the platform and the support centre, my issue Lack of Troubleshooting. Every time we call them, you will waste 1 hour at least on the phone. They always mess up accounts, very difficult to handle for them. Corporate or solo agents. They never solve problems. I paid 1 year for nothing, you can not do month by month. Worst CRM ever.

Try to make a better product, and hire smart people on customer support, someone who do not make mistakes.

"Kind people when they know how to fix a problem. UNRESPONSIVE when they can't fix the issue."

What do you like best?

Typically, when they knew the answer, they were helpful.

What do you dislike?

When they found out that they were blacklisted from Yahoo.com, Gmail.com, AOL, Hotmail, etc. and that my drip campaigns do not get to my clients, they were helpful at first, but then when they couldn't figure out how to solve the problem, they blamed it on the service providers and stop responding to my suggested fixes and emails.

At this point, since my business is via email, they have taken two years to do NOTHING to help get their company off the black lists of the service providers. Therefore, NOTHING is working when sending out email drip campaigns to my clients! It's has been a nightmare! I am held hostage by this
