Follow up and keeping in touch made easy

What do you like best about Top Producer?

Keeps you in touch with your network without lifting a finger. This means people come to me to get their homes sold or when they're looking to buy even sometimes when I forgot I had automated touchpoints being sent periodically to them!

What do you dislike about Top Producer?

The look of market snapshot could be modernized. Love that feature but it could use a facelift.

What problems is Top Producer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Get's me more leads so I'm constantly talking to new people, but also the CRM follows up on those leads so I don't have to do too much leg work.

What do you like best about Top Producer?

I have used Top Producer since before it was online version. It is dependable, has features available for every application I need.

What do you dislike about Top Producer?

I can't think of one thing I dislike. I have been introduced to other CRM programs, I always come back to Top Producer.

What problems is Top Producer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Call scheduling, appointment scheduling, mass communications are the three things I use most.

TPX has many new improvements

What do you like best about Top Producer?

I love TPX Property Insights, where you can add the favorite homes to a buyer's profile. I also love the follow up reminders and the last touch date. When combined with Market Snapshots, I stay top of mind effortlessly. I will be looking into the calendar option, and add more notes to each lead.

What do you dislike about Top Producer?

The "old version" was hard to follow and so much went unused. TPX seems to be more user friendly for sure. There was a longer learning curve previously and, like most agents, I haven't found the time to sit and learn. But now there are videos to help navigate through that, and I have found them to be very helpful.

What problems is Top Producer solving and how is that benefiting you?

TPX and Market Snapshot combined have allowed me to stay top of mind. It's like allowing them (buyers) to make changes to their personalized search when their needs change, so their needs are met immediately. Plus, it reminds me to reach back out when I get busy on other projects.

Top Producer is Fantastic but it's now become more Expensive.

What do you like best about Top Producer?

I have used Top Producer for 25+ years. You can capture leads, stay organized, manage the database, and follow up automatically w/emails and letters effectively. It has a series of reports that you can print to keep track of your business. I only use the CRM portion of the software.

What do you dislike about Top Producer?

Loved the program but they just increased their monthly fee by 50%.

None that I am aware of.

It was difficult to remember what clients looked at which property and if they liked it or didn't like is for one reason or another, notes are easly to keep track of specific needs TPX is awesome I love it!!!

What is to dislike??? Maybe more drop down menus for more than one mobile number or an easier way to close out a transaction without making a ficticious number of a client you are not working with (I know that was being addressed) MLS#'s search that are outside of your board, because we have several in MI.

What do you like best about Top Producer?

This is a complete CRM that I have used for 28 years. It is user-friendly, intuitive and well thought out. It simply works. I don't think it has any serious competitors.

What do you dislike about Top Producer?

Lack of a conversion routine for people retiring. This is a great opportunity for the company to offer additional benefits.

This is the best and most important money you will spend for your career

I have made several million dollars with this program. Staying in touch with prior customers over the years was a key. I have been more productive and consistent. Been a customer since 1994.

The only issue that I have is when a transaction falls apart and I start another one with the same people, it messes up the system
