What do you like best?

The ability to scale demand generation knowing that every lead is followed up on. Conversica's virtual assitants have been instrumental in our nurturing in the absence of a large inside sales team.

What do you dislike?

The automation set up for each campaign/conversation and making sure every lead campaign has the appropriate follow up. You need to be on top of it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Ability to virtualize and automate our lead follow up. Conversica takes the arduous follow up that our ISR team simply doesn't have the time to do.

The user interface takes a bit to get used to when creating new campaigns/conversations.

What do you like best?

Conversica allows our Sales team(s) to focus on the most actionable leads in their queues. Our virtual agent is a great way to warm up cooler leads, separating the tire kickers from the truly interested. What's more, with the variety of skill sets and conversations at our disposal, the conversation never sounds robotic or scripted. In fact, in several instances, we've had prospects apologize for not responding sooner!

What do you dislike?

It took a while to drive internal adoption and understanding of Conversica and appropriate use cases. Many times, our Marketing managers wanted to tailor the conversation far beyond the limits of Conversica's AI's algorithms. I consider this more an internal training issue than an issue with the solution; to their credit, Conversica's success team has been a ready, willing, and able partner throughout our deployment.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take your time to find the right skill sets and run through the conversations to familiarize yourself with Conversica's hard edges. Maintain a library of commonly used conversational variables for rapid re-use. Encourage all teams to view your virtual agent as an actual member of the team and solicit feedback on the conversations themselves.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Sales receives a high volume of Leads each day and had trouble prioritizing some of the lower value leads. Using Conversica to engage with these "cooler" leads has allowed Sales to focus first on the hottest leads and then shift focus on those people who have positively responded to Conversica's AI-drive outreach. This allows Sales to drive more revenue while sifting through fewer tire-kickers and serial evaluators.

What do you like best?

Conversica allows an organization to better utilize SDR funds b/c Conversica is essentially a steroid-enhanced version of an SDR for less of a cost in most cases. B/c the Conversica assitsant you set up never gets tired, the assistant will reach out to all leads, everytime, on schedule until they get a response or until all of the follow-up emails are exhausted. If you purchase 5,000 leads per month, that essentially results in the assistant sending out 50-100,000 emails in a month. Even if you have an overachieving SDR reaching out to 120 people each day, that's 2,640 emails, which is paltry sum in comparison. This doesn't mean you'll want to replace SDRs completely though. SDRs are absolutely still needed to qualify leads and dig in to accounts, but looking at Conversica to bolster or supplement a team is a no-brainer.

What do you dislike?

There's very little to dislike. Set-up is easy and the CSM team is great. Reporting used to be a bigger issue in that it was hard to truly attribute Conversica to Opportunities, but they've worked to improve on this. One thing you'll find is that Conversica takes in their Customer's advice and is intent on improving their tool to match their Customer's needs.

The only instance I would not recommend this tool is if someone's average deal size is low. In these cases, it would take too many wins to make the investment worthwhile.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Conversica to go after all our lower-ranked leads so that our SDR team doesn't waste time on leads that are less likely to convert into opportunities. B/c of this, we have generated countless opportunities and increased revenue where we otherwise would not have.

What do you like best?

Conversica is very easy to use and really helps our marketing and sales team reach out to every single lead. It only takes a few minutes to set up a new campaign and our assistant starts reaching out with very personalized and polite emails in a very timely fashion. Our support team is amazing and always there to help us optimize our processes and automations.

What do you dislike?

I would be great to have some more self-service options within the platform but there doesn't seem to be anything their support team can't fix or set up.

Conversica is a great tool to help you reach more leads. It's very easy to set up and their support team is amazing.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We receive a large number of leads that are of 'lower' priority for our Sales team. Before using Conversica, those leads would get assigned to our Sales team, but they would either not reach out right away and let the lead go stale or would not reach out at all. With Conversica, we know that every lead is going to be followed up on, and if a lead becomes a hot lead or lead to review, we can send that lead to a real person who can then reach out with a lot of great context to take over the conversation. We love our assistant and talk about her as if she was a real human being.

What do you like best?

The product is geared to help manage lead generation and nurturing (old, cold, and new leads). The product seamlessly works into our flow, is reliable, has solid reporting, and most importantly is clear about what steps to take next + lead handoff. Conversica is a solid partner and it's been a great investment for us. Conversica's service is phenomenal. They've been one of the best marketing technology stack partners I've ever worked with. The product is great, and their service and support is beyond top notch.

What do you dislike?

We are an enterprise software sell, so the initial conversation templates are a challenge to fit within, but we make it work, and I understand why these are limited -- to reduce spam and junk.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We've been able to ramp up our lead production while not suffer quality or lead handling. Our inside sales reps can manage leads better and handle the lead flow smartly with Conversica. They work directly within the tool in Salesforce.

The support is great! Ruby regularly brainstorms with us on ways to get the most out of our agent. She also helps us get the backend help as needed.

I wish the conversations were more customizable.

We are using Conversica mainly to reengage with contacts that have dropped off our radar. We have had great success in having them respond and many have continued on to purchase.

What do you like best?

It is a great way for us to follow-up on open opportunities and current prospects. We simply upload our lead list to Conversica and the AI does all the work. Then, we can focus on only those leads who respond and have an immediate interest.

What do you dislike?

Overall, it is a great program, I just wish that it would let you customize the conversations and lead contact fields more. However, the lack of customization hasn't presented any huge challenges for us. We have learned to work with the standard program and it provides great results!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

While Conversica is a great tool, it is quite expensive. So, if you are considering it, make sure you have the resources to support it. You need to have at least one employee to manage it, as once you upload your first leads you will start getting quite a few responses. The lead responses have to be reviewed by a person. The AI really just does the initial legwork of getting your leads to engage with you, and then it is up to your sales team to close deals.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Prior to Conversica, we had to have one of our full-time sales and marketing employees spend a large amount of their time following-up on open quotes and sending email blasts to prospective customers. Now, Conversica has allowed us to take this off of this staff member's plate so he can focus his attention on answering questions from hot leads instead of spending all his time cold-calling. Our engagement rate of the individual quote follow-up emails and our email blasts was extremely low. We would send out emails thanking leads from tradeshows for stopping by our booth, but receive only about a 1% click-through rate and rarely would we receive a direct reply from one. Now, Conversica gets us a 30 - 40% engagement rate from these same leads! And, it is far less time consuming to set up a campaign in Conversica than creating a custom email blast. We are saving time and money all while increasing engagement and win rates.

What do you like best?

As a Head of Marketing whose department's primary objective is to drive quality leads, Conversica is one of few third-party tools we have incorporated into our marketing toolkit. The results we have seen in fewer than 60 days are nothing short of eye-opening. Such an efficient tool with REAL bottom line results.

What do you dislike?

The only area for improvement would be a way to track Conversica closed-wons on the Conversica dashboard.

Look at your low-hanging fruit - if there is an opportunity for AI to engage your customers, Conversica likely has a profitable solution.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are currently using one of three use cases and are engaging leads in our nurture campaigns. We currently have identified through Conversica more than 75 HOT LEADS and have closed more the 20 leads. All while continuing to keep the funnel of new leads filled for our sales team.
