"Quick connected remote support software"

What do you like best?

Email invite,

works inside and outside LAN,

file transfers along with video chat,

customer widgets and MAC support,

Large organization or enterprise support is difficult.

Phone customer support is more difficult. Online is mainly the to go option.

"Getting help with Zoho Assist"

What do you like best?

Zoho is easy to use, easy to open, and worked without interruption. I was able to take back control at any time when my IT support was using it-for example, when I needed to enter a password. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I had no negative interaction with Zoho. Out of the platforms we have used, I think this is the easiest to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This was easy to use and my IT support was on my laptop within seconds of me opening it. We were able to troubleshoot my issue and get me up to speed and working again within minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Remote IT access to laptops for work from home workers. During this time with COVID-19, it's critical to be able to get IT support fast and through a reliable network such as Zoho. "A Great Alternative "

What do you like best?

Zoho Assist is a great alternative to our main remote software. When that one doesn't work we use Assist. It also works well with Zoho Desk.

What do you dislike?

There is honestly nothing I don't dislike about Assist.

If you're looking for an easy to use remote support software then, Zoho Assist is the way to go.

"Help in seconds"

What do you like best?

I can reach out to my IT support from anywhere and get true professional help.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing to dislike, it is a well thought out software

I can't afford to have my computer down, I have a team counting on me. When my computer goes down, I simply contact my IT support and within seconds they have access to my computer and the problem is only minutes away from disappearing!

"Quick and easy"

What do you like best?

I love the ease of connecting to clients, and the script so I can have a login UI from my website

What do you dislike?

It can be a little clunky at startup, and I sometimes have an issue at one particular client where I'll randomly get kicked out, but I suspect that's a client issue

Their integrations are pretty simple, as we were already using their CRM

I am able to increase billable time by utilizing remote sessions and recording them as opposed to having to be on site

"Excellent Remote PC Connectivity Software"

What do you like best?

One of the best things I like about Zoho Assist is the ease of operation. Adding a new client is simply running a program. No configuration or settings to get it running. Another benefit is the price. Can't beat the value!

What do you dislike?

Nothing really negative at all. One thing I have noticed is the cursor movement seems to be somewhat quicker than what I experience on my PC. Especially when navigating up / down. Not a major issue at all though.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Having been a TeamViewer user for about 15 years, I was a little uneasy using a different tool for remote connectivity. But, after testing the free version of Zoho Assist for about a month, the concern was gone.

This software works well. It is easy to setup. I have had no issues with file transfers and connection quality has been great.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Basically, I have been able to save a lot of time. We have remote facilities, and the ability to assist quickly just gets everyone back to their jobs ASAP. Because a portion of our users are remote, I am planning on using the unattended feature for after-hours maintenance.

"Works great"

What do you like best?

End users have no problems with joining a session, compared with Teamviewer no complicated passwords or versioning issues.

What do you dislike?

Not a lot at present, used the assist twice when Teamview wasn't working for customer and had very little problems.

Suggest including remote management as integrated not a module.

An underated new product which will supercede Teamviewer on cost and functionality

"Excellent Product for the money"

What do you like best?

Product has all of the functionality of much more expensive products and is extremely easy to use. I like the reboot to safe mode option and all of the background commands that can be done without involving the user. The invite technician option comes in handy when you need an extra set of eyes or need to escalate to the next level of support.

What do you dislike?

Getting around UAC can be a bit difficult until you get it installed as a service as you often have to rely on the end user clicking on a prompt you cannot see.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you want a great product for minimal money, then this is the product to buy. Compare it to the competiton and see for yourself.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use the product for all of our remote staff... instant resolution for a better customer experience with feedback. It also allows for auditing compliance since it logs all sessions. Able to copy files from my host machine to the client machine, stop and start services, launch a remote command prompt, or kill a rogue process.

"An excellent tool for any tech or business."

What do you like best?

Being a consultant for multiple business as well as providing Support it is imperative that we can quickly remote in and assist our clients. Zoho let's us do just that. A quick, web-based login utility that let's us help our users from any device.

What do you dislike?

When adding new devices I'd like to see Zoho create custom install packages for "groups". That way we don't have to manually set a grouping in our address book.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

They do offer a trial. Try it out. The management is very easy to do. Setting up new devices and users is also really simple.

Providing assistance without disrupting our appointments. Saving significant money on gas and travel time.
