"LMI tool is the best remote support tool in the market. Period!"

What do you like best?

The best is the option to take a private session to access the other devices of the customers. It helps us sort out problems for the customer on two devices at the same time.

What do you dislike?

Connectivity issues can some time become an issue as the web chat interface on the customer's laptop gets slow at times.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We solve basically tech related issues with a software, the customers using the software have issues regarding installation and performance. Some issues are crash related as well. The benefit is the ability to take remote access to understand the customer's problem better.

What do you like best?

It connects quickly and stays connected throughout our interaction until I manually close it. The app is free and downloads quickly to my customers device.I also like the tools at the top.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the way it has to be downloaded by the customer every time you use it

I am able to help my customers make changes on their devices regarding everyday use.

LogMeIn Rescue always established that anyone that needs business data is well defined but none affects these understanding.

"LogMeln Rescue Review."

What do you like best?

Everything just enables it pretty straightforward to solve a question even despite the user messing with such a reversed after seeking help from either a better level support team earlier.

What do you dislike?

Everything Functions Properly and no downsides about this product.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I used it especially for organizational computer support tickets from staff members and configuring has become so much extremely easy.

"Quick and Painless Remote Control"

What do you like best?

I like the ability to quickly access an end-users computer to assist with fixing there problems. I also, like how quickly technicians can collaborate inside of LogMeIn Rescue. This really makes it easy to fix a problem without having to bother the end user later with another session after getting help from a higher Tier Help-desk.

What do you dislike?

There is really nothing that I don't like about LogMeIn Rescue.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use this mainly for internal help-desk tickets from internal employees. This has been really helpful during COVID-19 since we have been working remotely with end-users all over the place. It has made troubleshooting so much easier.

Instant remote access without big headaches

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is very useful for helping our employees who are the front-end users since it allows quick and easy remote connection. Our technicians can also hop-in instantly whenever needed. Meaning, we do not need to waste the precious time of our employees for another fixing period because we do not need to wait for more professional support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

LogMeIn Rescue works efficiently for our helpdesk services. I have nothing to complain about it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our Company has implemented remote work especially during the COVID-19 situation. This has increased the number of employees that uses our system from a distance, and they need technical assistant now and then. LogMeIn Rescue lets me and the technical support team to give necessary help and assistance to such employees without unneeded hassles.

What are the best aspects of this product?

LogMeIn Rescue helps in establishing a stable connection between front-end users and the user support or management. It support quick and efficient flow of information to the right point.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

LogMeIn Rescue surely has no flaws especially that it carries all the fundamental elements of Information and Communications Technology. This allows it to support quick response through superb methods such as real-time chatting. It also features a simple interface and infrastructure that make the platform easy to use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

LogMeIn Rescue acts as a trusty bridge between clients or customers and the providers or sellers. And that is a key factor on how we keep our customers happy with our brand.

"EASY to USE"

What do you like best?

Log me in is extremely easy to use. I love that i can have a user access a website and use a pin Number.

sometimes connections drop for no reason

"LogMeIn Rescue is a Firm Help Desk Tool"

What do you like best?

Help desks ensures there is good flow of information between the prospective customers, and the other business players in this case the management. LogMeIn Rescue has ensured that anything that requires knowledge from the company is well expounded, and nothing that delays this knowledge.

What do you dislike?

I still consider LogMeIn Rescue as a winning tool, because it has the ICT basics, which reduces the chances of slow response, and they include live chats, among others. Eventually, LogMeIn Rescue has universal coverage, and therefore, easy to manage.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

LogMeIn Rescue is a tool which challenges us to focus on the demands of the customers. In the end, we end up getting the exact help that we required.
