I use this only to remote Zbrush. I don't PC, I'm a touch screen kind of guy. Installed this on my parents and do my art work anywhere.
have a touchpad on your ipad? it would be great to be able to use that on your remote desktop wouldn’t it? yeah, i think so too...
Excellent remote access to our server!
i couldnt get it to work because it wasnt detecting my pc or recognizing my ip address, which could have been an issue with my pc yet the troubleshooting tips didnt help - but- when i reached out to them for support, they said they cant help me because i dont have a paid subscription. nice. why would i even pay for a product that didnt work. great job real vnc.
It’s well worth the cost (server) for the feature-rich, polished user experience.
User ID is no longer available for local computers
VNC Connect on your computer is not free, even though this app is it is useless without VNC Connect.
See my old review below. Looks like if you don’t buy their VNC server they want you to cough up money. That’s ridiculous and in poor taste. We have all lost our jobs and can’t pay the rent and NOW RealVNC wants to price gouge us? This is really tone deaf behavior. Expect everyone to leave and look for Free VNC client alternatives. This is the best VNC app and incredibly enough its free. You know, they could easily paywall off this app and require a sign in and lock it to their Enterprise server but they don’t. That’s insanely selfless and cool in this day and age where every app dev is looking to squeeze you for $9.99 a month. Thanks for the app!
Very good 👍
I use RealVNC to connect and manage my office and observatory systems. From my iPad I have access to all systems, servers, NAS and network administration. This makes the task of administering a wired and WiFi network immensely easier. I am very pleased with RealVNC performance and response.
