WebHR is a cloud based social HR software that handles all employee functions from the time of hire till when they get out of service. The software seamlessly combines aspects of human resources and technology in one package. WebHR has a messenger function that allows users to interact and work together on workplace related issues, hence, improving productivity. The solution allows employees to apply for paid time off, submit reimbursement requests and even submit their resignation. WebHR also offers features like personnel tracking, multi-lingual support, applicant tracking and sourcing, a performance review, along with many others. With the biometrics-integrated time and attendance feature, managers are able to track how much time employees put in for work. Additionally, WebHR provides a mobile application for iOS and Android devices for usage on the go. Its price plan is subscription based and it includes customer support via online chat, e-mail and phone.

Excellent tool for data keeping of staff records

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love its quick access. I can instantly sign in and it ensures the reliability that I need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I has some difficulty getting access to some of WebHR's services because it refused entry.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I don't have any particular issues with Web HR, but I think it's a perfect way to keep track of all staff data safely and reliably.

Amazing to use for reviewing staff perfomance.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's a fast way to work with HR managers because you've got it all in just few clicks. While companies are getting heavily reliant on advanced softwares, most of the information the HR personnel needs aren't there. Forcing person-to-person contact could easily be compared as a "build and wind" party, managers would gradually turn out to be loose and staff eventually work out how to operate cross-practical.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Honestly, I don't have any negative stuff to say about it right now. You can build up your performance skills by practicing the validated techniques as critique shouldn't be all demoralizing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Attendance sheets and calendar plan. HR works with the admin to give them all staff data. The management then reviews it to evaluate the workers' performance as it is vital to management's decision-making which also has an impact on the whole organization.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the app's user-friendliness and simple attendance management. It also has a live chat improving person-to-person contact. It enables HR manager to actively monitor employee data and records for all employee productivity and recognition.

It has many features that become useless for small business HR management.

Great attendance records, layout of forms,wonderful organizational chart and certainly have the best calendar display.

It could be more easy to use and more compatible to mobile devices.

Low-cost, efficient HR administration tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

WebHR is the perfect HR management tool our organization has adopted with just minimum cost. We had used other tools previously, but those didn't function as to our standards. WebHR is easy to install and has an easy-to-adopt user-friendly GUI.

This program is cloud base, meaning you can securely access your data remotely from any internet-enabled devices.

It has recruitment tool to make sourcing of candidate simple. It also has employee database which we use to save employee information.

Simple to keep track of staff attendance, monitor their performance and create their corresponding payroll.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This doesn't completely automate the payroll calculations, so something has to be done about it. Oftentimes, the program is sluggish when retrieving mass data.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has improved efficient staff trucking, saving time and money. It also made managing personnel data, payroll and attendance smoother and quicker. WebHR also provides comprehensive information necessary for future decision-making. Sourcing new staff is quick and simple too.

Perfect tool for any human resource needs

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I prefer this app because it is cloud-based that is available wherever you are depending on the internet's connectivity. The wage generation is incredibly convenient and it's easy to share the info with the staff. Also, the payslip layout is clear and detailed. Its digital reliability with the use of computer, mobile and GPS service to locate staff is valuable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nearly nothing. When they started, certain functions or plugins didn't work. But it has take the feedbacks very serious and keeps on providing all necessary functionalities at an incredibly fast rate without taking a lot of time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This program has addressed coordination issues with HR and employees as it acts as a forum for updated HR protocols, new policies and announcements. Also through this, we can measure the Employee Performance Evaluation and I can make a report instantly, which is much better than what we do with our old system.

"Great tool for all HR needs"

What do you like best?

I like this software because it is cloud based and is accessible from anywhere anytime depending on the availability of internet.Its payroll generation is very simple ,easy to share the details with your employees and payslip format is clean and informative.Its online integrity by using laptop , smartphone in locating employees by using GPS service is tremendous.

What do you dislike?

Almost nothing -A few features or modules were not up to the mark when they started this up but the company has been taking every feedback seriously and continues to deliver all the possible features at a very fast pace without taking much time.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This software is highly recommendable since it's accessible anytime anywhere as long as there is internet which is quite convenient and it's also fast and reliable as well especially when running reports with huge amount of data.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This software has solved the problems of communications between HR and staff as it serves as a platform for HR improved procedures ,new policies,news about the company and staff.Through this software we are able to calculate Employee Performance Evaluation.I can still run report in just seconds which is way better than what we had before with our old system.

"An effective and affordable human resource tool"

What do you like best?

WebHR has roved to be the best human resource management tool since it was incorporated in this organization management system. This is in comparison with other HR management tools which we had tried before and did not meet our expectations. First, the software has a simple set up and user-friendly interface that is easily understandable and can be adopted with ease. Secondly, it is cloud-based and hence allows users to easily access data even in remote areas where there are poor internet connections. Sourcing and saving applicants details are also easy with the help of the recruitment and employees modules. Lastly, its easy to track employee performance and attendance as well as generating their payrolls

What do you dislike?

It lacks an automated payroll calculation module which drags back its functionality to manual. Also, the software tends to be very slow when loading bulk data

Recommendations to others considering the product:

For all the organizations which are still using the manual system of recruitment and management, this is the best solution to the hiccups which come with the manual process. There is no worry about its adoption because it is easy to use and also highly affordable. For any issues which may arise, however, it has an active and timely customer support

With this software, the organization has realized an enhanced and effective employee tracking which has saved time and operation cost. Also, managing staff details, attendance, and payroll information are easier than ever before. The software provides comprehensive reports that are essential for organization decisions.
