What is Onboarding?

Onboarding refers to the process of welcoming new customers, ensuring that their questions or concerns are answered, and providing new products and services as needs arise. Onboarding can take many forms, depending on the company, from welcoming calls to user groups to training sessions. Many companies struggle with both the coordination of onboarding measures and their execution through various divisions, despite the fact that it is widely regarded as a requirement for maintaining customers and deepening their relationships.
