Applicant Tracking
An applicant tracking system acts as a database for clients. It is used by companies of all sizes to organize, search, and communicate with large groups of customers. Its main goal is to make life easier for organizations by automating and searching for specific applicants.
Benefits Management
From the inception of a program or project investment until the last expected profit is realized, benefits management entails defining, preparing, evaluating, and monitoring benefits. Its goal is to ensure that the desired outcomes are precise, measurable, agreed upon, achievable, and time-bound. The terms ‘benefits management’ and ‘benefits realization’ are often used interchangeably.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Employee lifecycle management (ELM) refers to various stages that an employee goes through when working for a company. HR's position in ELM is critical, and it starts even before the employee is hired. There are usually six stages in ELM namely outreach, recruiting, onboarding, growth and training, results, and offboarding. The ELM process includes how the company introduces itself, how it deals with candidates, how it invites people into the company, and how it handles their personal and professional growth.
