What do you like best?
I can create a dashboard and get it published on a tv, quickly. With little or no stress. Going to the next level, with customization, proprietary data, was a breeze, using tools like Python and Pandas.
The new beta features are super cool, and I look forward to them going into production.
Support team is phenomenal, quick response and solutions forthcoming. All in all, a good choice for our company.
What do you dislike?
Being on an unfavorable exchange rate (14:1), the price is quite hefty for us. GeckoBoard did come to the party and made some concessions around their licencing for us.

Great service and support from company, the more advanced stuff, is well documented. I just found stuff just worked.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Motivating call center teams, with real time data, displayed attractively.
IT and Operational Dashboards allow staff to be proactive to problems.
Providing super cool dashboards, makes me look like a super cool IT Manager :)
Benefits are increased performance, rapid turn around time and making dashboards is now fun.
