Able to share with new employees to see a snapshot of what we're doing for clients while also showing benchmarks for where we should be.
Abillity to look back through months much prior than when you connected the platform.
What do you dislike?
Inability to easily change data sources without submitting a contact form.
It's frustrating to need to switch a data source quickly and have to reach out. For a spell, the contact form wasn't working as well and I had no way to know that my requests weren't coming through. Chat functionality would be better.
Unable to be flexible with the types of reports we're doing dates wise. It'd be nice to be able to change the dates to weeks or years within our dashboards without having to build an entire report. Especially when your reports are already full, there isn't much flexibility.
When building new reports or addinh y , it's not super easy to switch positions of new content
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Reporting for our clients and for reporting from the digital team to AE's.
Helps with showcasing abilities to new clients. The strong visuals of the reports wow potential clients and we can not only show what our reporting looks like, but also how well our campaigns are doing.
