What do you like best?
BigMarker is a platform that hosts a number of powerful tools to manage marketing and develop webinars based on the cloud. This feature is more focused on the technology, education and non-profit industries, it has modules that allow professionals to develop custom landing pages using templates, you can even add color and logos to them. Its interface is intuitive and sometimes easy to find the different options, it has many tools that make web conferencing enjoyable and professional as for example it has a bidirectional audio and video, private chat, presentation tools and screen sharing.
What do you dislike?
BigMarker is not the perfect platform I must say that it has some negative points like the price the rate of $ 79.00 per month seems excessive to me, it is not compatible with Mac, it has so many integrations that sometimes it can become confusing, during web conferences the real time chat is slow and poor, you can not perform A/B tests for the landing pages as well as you can not take a content drag and drop easily, the voting polls are not always accurate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can really say that as part of the marketing department in my organization that I recommend BigMarker is a really useful tool to generate publicity, promote events and create campaigns because of its platform that is simple and intuitive, I also recommend it as a tool to give workshops or do web conferences because I consider that is one of the strengths of this application for small businesses I would recommend to investigate much more in their prices to find a plan that fits your budget.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
My organization has made extensive use of BigMarker as a webinar tool, for developing landing pages and web conferencing, as a web conferencing tool we have trained staff in multiple areas thanks to its image quality, sound and presentation tools, developing landing pages has also been of great help to professional editors in the sales and marketing department to create really successful campaigns through email and social networks.
