What do you like best?
The platform is user-friendly, and all of the functionality is there, but the best thing about Bizzabo is the customer service; it is outstanding. Thank you, Bizzabo! I have been looking for an amazing fully integrated (website, app, registration, onsite capabilities) event management service provider for years, and I finally found it - Bizzabo! But the customer service is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. Incredible!
What do you dislike?
There are a few minor UX issues (In the agenda, when you have multiple pages of content and you add more content, when you save it takes you bad to page 1, no matter where you are; when you need to add a tag, it does not take you back to the session you are working in), but overall, everything works really well. The back-end is really easy to use, it is responsive, intuitive, and a joy to work on.

We have been struggling for years to find a company that has it all - a fully integrated web platform, registration, and app, and although that sounds like a fairly simple request, it is not easy to find, BUT we found it with Bizzabo!!! The benefits are tremendous - great integration, time savings, cost savings, better UX...thank you Bizzabo!
