"Loved Working with the BIzzabo Platform and Team!"

What do you like best?

We have used Bizzabo's app platform for in-person events in the past, but fully took advantage of its offerings when our event went virtual in 2020. The platform itself (user interface, drag and drop website and agenda builders, application integration options, etc. ) was extremely easy to use. However, by far, the most enjoyable part of using Bizzabo was their team. Aaron Hatton on the customer success team was extremely knowledgable, kind, and considerate - and always went a step beyond to assist. Elad Rosanski on the production services team is just so talented and helped make our entire virtual event a seamless experience that impressed all our peers, panelists, and attendees. Cannot recommend this team highly enough.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the platform was so straightforward, that we ran into issues with customizing the look and feel of our brand. There were times where our needs to customize for branding exceeded the default options provided. One big example of this was that our logo, which is all white, was not always able to be seen in their customized templates, and we were unable to substitute it with an alternative logo version without interrupting the look of our homepage. However, Bizzabo does have a great platform for suggestions on how to improve and has used them to make adjustments according to the needs of their community which I do applaud.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Bizzabo helped us turn an in-person annual event into a seamless virtual one. Period. They made this experience so easy for us that we could focus on other logistics to make our event even better. They also had great content on virtual events and other event examples that we could reference along the way.

"Great Customer Service!"

What do you like best?

Bizzabo has great features to make your event run smooth especially for running quick reports or setting up promo codes for different groups of people to track. It's great.

What do you dislike?

Upgrading their virtual event capabilities

"Great Event Management Platform"

What do you like best?

When we switched our in person event to a virtual one we were limited on time and no experience in the virtual event world. Bizzabo and their customer service and support team was there for us every step of the way. Anytime we needed help we knew exactly where to go for answers and received responses very quickly. They also have a very robust customer support/knowledge center which was extremely helpful. Their actual product was also great and exactly what we needed for our event. I also like how they are constantly updating and improving their platform.

What do you dislike?

Bizzabo allows you to build your own website on their platform which is helpful, however they only provide a handful of templates to choose from. This is the same for the emails you can send out through their platform. It would be really nice to have the ability to customize the website and email templates more without having to write a customer html. I also didn't like that you have to pay more for certain integrations. For example, we use Hubspot and in order to have had Bizzabo and Hubspot integrated we needed to pay more money.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed to move our in person event to a virtual event and they were the best platform to get the job done.

What do you like best?

> Great customer support, very fast and caring. Very good support and a lot of time invested by the team to make sure we deliver the event we want and exceed our expectations

> New batch of digital and hybrid solutions for online events just came out and it's easy to manage.

> The tool is constantly evolving and the roadmap for new features is very exciting

What do you dislike?

The only main thing which could be improved is the custom CSS. At the moment, we need to ask our in-house developers to develop the extra features we need in the event website, which requires extra costs from our end.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are doing hybrid online and offline events. Bizzabo solutions are helping us with the technical challenges while we adapt to the crisis affecting the event industry. Thanks to their solutions we managed to pull off a great online event

What do you like best?

Bizzabo offered everything I needed to host my virtual event. From managing sign ins, accounts, to the actual webinar, and other links

I would have like to white label my event a little more. The domain was events.bizzabo

"The best, most intuitive event management software by far"

What do you like best?

It's a really well-designed piece of software that feels intuitive to use and just makes our lives as an events team so much easier. We can very easily create great-looking events websites with all the functionality we need for ticketing, agendas, etc. We can create automated and promotional emails easily. We can track our ticketing and check-in data really easily. I love the dashboards and integrations that make it super simple for us to keep on top of it.

What do you dislike?

There are a very small number of features or areas that are a little more clunky, for example the way that it brings the Event Name through automatically in to different areas of the website, emails, etc is really really handy, however if you have your event name displayed as a logo instead (like we do), then it creates a few issues as we essentially have to then make our Event Name blank so it doesn't show on the homepage over our logo image.

It saves us time, it makes our events slick and professional, and the Customer Success and Support teams are excellent.

"Best Event Management Software on the Market"

What do you like best?

Bizzabo is very user-friendly and easy to learn. There is so much that you can do within one platform. It makes life as an event planner so much more manageable. Exporting ticket reports, attendee data, and analytics is also seamless. I also love the mobile app and community.

What do you dislike?

I would prefer it if the Bizzabo website editor was more customizable and not as clunky.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Although Bizzabo may be a higher price than some other solutions, the features and capabilities are far superior to other platforms on the market. This platform has everything that you need to manage and scale events in one easer to use place.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are managing all of our event sales through Bizzabo: selling tickets and sponsorships, tracking campaign performances with tracking codes in Bizzabo, created and manage the event app, and built a custom website with the easy-to-implement widgets for agenda, forms, and community and much more. We have great insight into our attendees from the analytics.

"Thank you, Bizzabo!"

What do you like best?

The platform is user-friendly, and all of the functionality is there, but the best thing about Bizzabo is the customer service; it is outstanding. Thank you, Bizzabo! I have been looking for an amazing fully integrated (website, app, registration, onsite capabilities) event management service provider for years, and I finally found it - Bizzabo! But the customer service is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. Incredible!

What do you dislike?

There are a few minor UX issues (In the agenda, when you have multiple pages of content and you add more content, when you save it takes you bad to page 1, no matter where you are; when you need to add a tag, it does not take you back to the session you are working in), but overall, everything works really well. The back-end is really easy to use, it is responsive, intuitive, and a joy to work on.

We have been struggling for years to find a company that has it all - a fully integrated web platform, registration, and app, and although that sounds like a fairly simple request, it is not easy to find, BUT we found it with Bizzabo!!! The benefits are tremendous - great integration, time savings, cost savings, better UX...thank you Bizzabo!
