What do you like best?
Lots of integrations & amazing reporting! Agency analytics is the first piece of software I integrate for a new client.
Working as a digital marketing consultant / contractor, this is a really affordable piece of software that can last long after my contract has finished. I can give the business direct access, build out their dashboard and really delve into their historical stats, track progress and results, and it's simple enough for them to use themselves! Love being able to set up multiple dashboards for overviews and individual channels for paid campaigns.
The support team is also FANTASTIC, quick to reply and often available live, which is tricky when I'm based in Australia --- most companies don't offer live support for my timezone I've found.
The team is constantly adding new features and the communication is always spot on.
What do you dislike?
Could be a bit easier to set up dashboards! I find myself having to reference my previous dashboards in order to set them up the way I find most useful. Would be great to be able to save sections for use again later instead of having to rebuild from scratch.
Also, a multi-account management level to oversee multiple businesses (e.g. I have two or three clients who each pay for their own account, but I can't manage them from a single 'management' account) -- this is probably unique to me, but as a contractor, I operate a bit differently to an agency. Would be awesome if this was free -- kind of like a referral bonus :-)
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I need to get all of the digital data into one place, and AA does that perfectly. The dashboards are super easy for the clients to use with minimal training, and I can delve deep into the data for further insights. Particularly when it comes to SEO, there is some fantastic data deep in the reporting section, which a phone rep kindly walked me through when I first signed up. It's also one of the most cost-effective reporting tools I've tried (and I've tried a bunch), so my clients never balk at the price.
