What do you like best about AgencyAnalytics?What I like best about AgencyAnalytics is how it brings multiple client data sources into one centralized platform, making it much easier to manage dashboards, review performance, perform QA, and prepare for client meetings. I especially appreciate the flexibility to create service-specific dashboards and reports based on each client’s needs.What do you dislike about AgencyAnalytics?Their customer support is another major strength for me. Whenever I’ve encountered an integration or reporting issue that I couldn’t resolve through normal troubleshooting, the Support team has been responsive, helpful, and willing to investigate or escalate the issue when needed.Recommendations to others considering AgencyAnalytics?I also appreciate the variety of learning resources available, including the Help Center, product videos, how-to guides, and recorded webinars. Overall, AgencyAnalytics helps make client reporting more organized and manageable while giving me the resources and support I need to continue learning the platform.What problems is AgencyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?Occasional integration and syncing issues can require extra troubleshooting, especially when data from third-party platforms doesn’t update as expected. However, their Support team is very helpful when these issues come up.

What do you like best about AgencyAnalytics?Being able to amalgamate many platforms into one dashboard is vital for us. We've tried various alternatives, but AA does more of the things we need whilst also loading quicker and offering really responsive support.What do you dislike about AgencyAnalytics?I'd still like to be able to offer more than 2 places after the decimal on more metrics (especially currency, where only having 2 places for something like CPV can frequently be completely irrelevant) but in general I'm very happy with AA. Creating new dashboards and report is quick and very straightforward and I use it on a daily basis.What problems is AgencyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?We need to present platform information to our clients in a way that is easy for them to understand and offers the insights they are looking for. AA does this.

What do you like best about AgencyAnalytics?I love the reporting capabilities of AgencyAnalytics. It provides data that our clients can easily understand without overwhelming them. The ability to customize reports and dashboards to align with each client's needs is a huge advantage. I really appreciate how easy it is to integrate a new dashboard for new clients. The instructions are simple, and the setup process is smooth, allowing us to create a dashboard and set up reports in just minutes. The support team is also very responsive, helping me resolve issues in real-time, which is fantastic. Furthermore, AgencyAnalytics helps us consolidate reporting from multiple platforms like Google Ads, LSAs, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics into one dashboard, making it much easier to manage and send reports.What do you dislike about AgencyAnalytics?I don't have any dislikes, anytime I have had an issue I am able to reach out to support immediately.What problems is AgencyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?AgencyAnalytics simplifies reporting for my clients by consolidating data from platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads into one dashboard. What do you like best about AgencyAnalytics?Agency Analytics is a great software for tracking metrics across the board and compare to previous data. The reporting is also wonderful.What do you dislike about AgencyAnalytics?It seems the overall font size has improved.What problems is AgencyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?We have searched for years for a software that puts all of our metrics that we track into one platform.

What do you like best about AgencyAnalytics?I'm loving the new spellcheck and auto save that is now on agency analytics.What do you dislike about AgencyAnalytics?I wouldn't mind the ability to adjust google sheets within AA as the formatting doesn't carry across so to be able to colour code a google sheet an see that in AA that would be good.What problems is AgencyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?I started to use agency Analytics as a step change from Google Data Studio to save time. However, I now use it for proposals as well as reporting. I actually use it for a bit of rank-checking and SEO auditing. It's just really handy all being in one place. If I pitch and send a proposal to a client, I onboard the client and have data to hand from that first consultation.

What do you like best about AgencyAnalytics?Our onboarding specialist Aakash Thappa was incredibly helpful. We spend several thousand dollars per month with AgencyAnaltyics, so the onboarding process was really important to us and Aakash was great throughout. Our salesperson, Alex, was also super helpful.What do you dislike about AgencyAnalytics?The cost might be difficult for some agencies, if they don't use it to the fullest potential.What problems is AgencyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?They handle all of our monthly reporting so we have a seamless reporting system.

What do you like best about AgencyAnalytics?I like that AgencyAnalytics lets me customize every report and widget. It pulls in a custom dashboard with all the integrations I need from multiple platforms. I really like the features that allow me to compare or use as long of a date range as I want. I can customize each widget by different date ranges, like showing data from July 1 to July 31, while setting another widget to a different range. The initial setup was pretty simple. It was easy to get started by watching a few videos and having an onboarding call that shared even more specific details. I like that all users can have access to specific client data that is pertinent to them. Plus, the support team has been extremely helpful, impressively so.What do you dislike about AgencyAnalytics?Sometimes I find that I don't know if it's the API or just the way that AgencyAnalytics pulls in the data, but I'll get duplicates or really weird-looking graphs that make no sense. I've had to reach out to support every time a problem arises.What problems is AgencyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?AgencyAnalytics saves me time by integrating all client analytics into a custom dashboard. It lets me customize reports and widgets, helping me reduce manual report collection time to focus more on analysis, enhancing our professionalism.
