About Perfex CRM

Perfex is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that is aimed at small businesses and freelancers. Project management features let users track expenses and time spent on tasks, and bill their customers. It also provides the ability to assign tasks and track logged time. They can even create one-click invoices, invoices with different taxation and recurring invoices which will be regenerated automatically based on user requirements. Estimates can be converted directly to invoices and customers can view invoices even without any login. Features for creating impressive proposals are also present, including an editor allowing tables, images, YouTube videos and more. Lead management is possible and is helped using kanban layouts and users can automatically import leads from emails. On top of all this, features for managing expenses and payments with automatic reports after each PayPal payment, task management, contract management, surveys, goal tracking, and more are available.
