I like how Follow Up Boss does the heavy lifting when it comes to keeping in contact with potential clients, keeping track of where they are In the sales pipeline and keeping you in synch with schedules meetings or calls.
There is a learning curve and some of the features are not logical. It will requires some time to become comfortable using the platform.
Follow Up Boss solves the problem of losing touch with clients. The main benefit I have realized is that using this platform keeps you in the forefront with your clients. By being in constant contact with my clients, I keep them engaged and not lose them to a competitor.
This is the best CRM for real estate professional. Constant updates and feature improvements.
Other than the price. There isn’t much to dislike about this product.

I had not used a CRM like this before, so I don't have much to compare it to. The second I started using it my business changed. The best feature is automatic texts and emails the second a lead comes into our system. Its so much easier to text prospects when you can copy and paste language that works!
I feel like there are so many features I don't use because I don't have the time to learn it. But thats likely on me :

I love this CRM. I have tried others after leaving my team but this was the best of the best! Simple to use!
The mobile app. It barely got the job done, and I could get on the site from my phone, but as an agent on the run, sometimes we just need the simplicity of an app.
Improve the mobile app and you will have zero competition!!!

It's helping me easily track my client conversations and that it's needed. It makes sense to have a platform like this as I always need it and am continuously using it.
What i like best about FUB is how instinctual the software is. navigating around the interface of it makes a lot of sense, even if you arent very computer savvy.
I dislike the team capabilities. when you have a team on FUB under a principle it can get really confusing and too much to manage. but for an individual, i think it is great!
Without a doubt the best choice of CRM software out there. FUB is compatible with bombbomb, zapier, and more. Exporting/importing leads is easy, and it is matchless when it comes to efficiency.
Follow up boss has solved issues of client relationship management. it is hard to keep track of how often, and on which platforms you have communicated with a client and with FUB everything is well traced within each contact. you can text, email, and log calls all in the same place - this is a HUGE benefit in and of itself.
What i like best about follow up boss is that it is the most user-friendly, easy to learn, manage, and maintain CRM ive ever used.
one thing i dislike about follow up boss is that if youre on team and your have one primary account, with lots of multiple accounts underneath you for your team members, any emails sent from the team members account show up as the primary account name.
It is worth it to experience all the learning tutorials when getting onboarded with FUB. there are so many functionalities of the website that are helpful to you and your business that you dont want to miss out on the opportunities.

Excellent tool for keeping track of past clients and tendering to the business.
The look should be more updated. There needs to be more color and better effects to make it look more atttavtive.
Following up with customers in a timely manner
The interface is extremely user-friendly. Even pulling reports is a breeze for those that are not super technologically savvy. Tons of extra functionality such as collaborators and task integration. They are always diligently working to continuously update and improve the system. In the year and a half that we have had Follow Up Boss the number of updates has been tremendous! This is all while not noticing any issues or bugs on our end!
My ONLY complaint, which is not even a fault on their part. I would love for them to add a function to their action plans to be able to email a summary of tasks completed each day (particularly to a client, but also to be able to choose from the list of tasks those that the client does see and does not.
Definitely, try it. I've used a few different CRM/s; Market Leader, Kunversion, Real Geeks, Top Producer. Follow Up Boss is definitely my favorite. Not only does it work, but their support is receptive to growing and making it the best system they possibly can. And they offer a free trial so why not give it a shot?
We are using FUB as our Primary, only really, CRM for our real estate team (currently around 12 people. Our agents have been in touch with more leads as well as converted more simply by having an easy way to check their tasks for the day. Our administrative staff has been able to process paperwork and commissions faster due to all the details and custom fields options. As the team manager, our owner and I are able to pull reports quickly and spend more time helping our agents be productive and make more money for their families. Turning an agent on or off leads has become a 30-second task instead of the half hour it was before. Having everyone's emails synced with the system also allows for complete transparency for not only quality control purposes, but in case someone needs to step in for another agent at a moments notice.
