I find the tasks and smart lists particularly helpful, as they let me know exactly what to do each day and help me prioritize my follow-up calls. I can efficiently categorize leads into different stages and sources, which streamlines my workflow. The initial setup was easy because we had a lot of support and training.

So far, I like everything, the only request I would have is mass text messages.

The fluidity of moving between groups organized by stage or source could be improved. I wish there were saved groups that are easy to toggle back and forth, including saved filter settings.

Things that i like about follow up boss are - 1. Simple tracking of deal stages. 2. Easy to integrate with different platforms like zillow and zapier 3. Responsive and helpful support team.
