What is Coachful?

Who is Coachful for?

Life, mindset, health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, business and executive coaches. It's used by solo coaches working one-on-one, group coaching programs and memberships, coaching teams and agencies, and course creators who also coach live.

How much does Coachful cost?

Plans start at $29/month for up to 5 clients. Solo is $49/month with unlimited clients, Pro is $99/month, Studio is $199/month for 3 coach seats, and Agency is custom for more seats. Annual billing is discounted on every plan.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan includes a 7-day trial. A card is required to start it, and you can cancel any time before it ends.

What software does Coachful replace?

Most coaches use it to replace a separate scheduling tool, payment processor, course platform, email marketing tool, chat app and spreadsheet CRM — typically four to six subscriptions.

Can clients book and pay through Coachful?

Yes. Clients book from your booking page against your real availability, and pay through Stripe or PayPal. You can sell one-off sessions, packages, subscriptions, payment plans and coupons.

Does Coachful have a mobile app for clients?

Yes. Clients get native iOS and Android apps where they message you, join sessions, complete tasks and habits, track goals and work through their program.

Can I use my own branding and domain?

Yes. On Solo and above, your client portal runs on your own custom domain with your own logo, colours and branding. Clients see your brand, not Coachful's.

Can I run group coaching and communities?

Yes. Coachful supports cohorts, group video calls, webinars, community spaces, group chat and shared feeds, so you can run group programs alongside one-on-one clients.

What's the difference between a program and a course?

A course is content. A Coachful program runs over weeks — it releases lessons, tasks, habits and goals on a schedule relative to each client's start date, adapts as they progress, and updates for everyone enrolled when you edit it.

Does Coachful integrate with other tools?
