SalesNexus is an easy to use CRM and marketing automation tool for companies who prefer solutions with multiple delivery points. The CRM system enables users to manage their customers, companies, leads, and partners at a centralized location. On the other hand, the marketing system allows them to engage with leads and nurture them into paying customers. Users can easily track and manage leads to realize maximum possible conversion rates. Automation can also be leveraged to automatically trigger customer processes. This includes automated delegation of calls, tasks, and emails to the most relevant team members. Users can automatically manage new leads, recent proposals or meetings, new clients, renewing past clients, handling lost clients, and more. And by syncing right into the outlook or Google Calendar of teams, users can delegate tasks to the respective team members. The tool can also easily integrate with all leading accounting, ERP, website, and legacy systems.

Usability, search and sorting capabilities, unlimited customization.

What do you dislike?

I wish there was an inbox for email. It has some great email functionality, but to see all of your incoming emails in an "inbox" format, you must "marry" it to your currently used email platform.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Get a free trial and give it a try...it has been perfect for our small company's needs.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We manage thousands of leads with a very small number of people. Nothing slips through the cracks! The scheduling of following up, combined with their highly customizable campaigns, you can keep many thousands of prospects in the loop effortlessly.

It is really easy to learn and use. It is effective in sending email campaigns and monitoring the results. It is very easy to download new leads from Lead Ferret. Easy to stay on top of call backs and the results from those.

Wish it had nice graphic pre-made email templates

I like to use this system for its versatility and friendly interface, which allows orderly management and automate some marketing functions that usually take up a lot of time, with Sales Nexus CRM allowed us to improve sales management and optimize campaigns of marketing.

I also like the attention provided by the technical support team, which is a very professional, attentive and patient team that has managed to resolve all the errors that have arisen from the problem and the mistakes made by my work team.

What do you dislike?

At the moment I have no problems with the system, however, I think you can improve the interface a bit and add several functions. This was recommended to the technical support team and they were left to study the proposal and give me an answer as soon as possible.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Without a doubt, I recommend this system since it has been able to adapt to the rhythms that this type of business demands, acquiring it will represent your most important investment that will be able to return your capital in a short time.
