Saw a good drop in chat tickets, definitely a tool to invest!

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Although the product is great and all its features have turned out to be beneficial for us. But the latest KB integration has worked wonders for us. What’s even great is how its taken care of our need to implement a chatbot to answer customer queries too because this integration has helped us provide instant answers to our customers effectively.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There aren’t any significant aspects that are problematic. But I believe that the team can work on making the product a little better. While using the product I feel that the login and logout time aren’t very accurate. So they could work on making it more accurate if possible. The rest is good.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It will be interesting to see how the team incorporates an announcement section of upcoming features. Will help us let our visitors know what we are working on and is about to release. Basically a feature section in chat window will give a poster feeling to audience.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Instant replies to customers being one. But what really clicked with this product is the ability to not miss a ticket. Besides the knowledge base integration, the Help Desk integration is also working wonders for us. In case one of our operators is not able to reply in time, then those chats are converted into tickets which can be replied back once other chats have been resolved.

What do you like best?

Many features actually…. Integrations, settings, report, real time converstaion with visitors and more.

What do you dislike?

Its not something to dislike but would be great to see a report section on queued visitors.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The sole purpose of getting this tool onboard was to get an insight on how we do as a business. But it has done more than that. Now we know what customers think about us & hw we need to improve in that direction. Plus we stay connected to customer from anywhere thanks to their mobile app.

For me it’s got to be the insightful reports I get for all my support agents.

What do you dislike?

Nothing yet that hampers the experience for my agents or website visitors.

Great product and the price is pretty cheap for the amount of features and settings they have to offer. Would definitely recommend it to all.

Getting more leads if anything. We’ve seen a hike in our sales number. Definitely something we all look forward to.

What do you like best?

For me it’s got to be the ability to answer customer queries in real-time and keeping them engaged with our services. This ability helps us capture more leads and boost our sales. So have to give it to ProProfs for developing a product that helps us reach our audience better.

What do you dislike?

Haven’t come across any troubles with the product or a specific aspect to dislike. So all in all it is good to work along with this product and provide a better customer service.

We’ve been able to understand where do we lack in terms of services and help our agents receive training accordingly to improve our services hassle-free.

Best software for communication in real-time

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Integrations are what making this chat software a go-to option for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As of now there aren’t specific problem areas in the software. However, I would recommend the team to work on the speed of the software.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Operator should be able to add product or service tag to the chat transcript to search them accordingly in the CRM while chatting with the user.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were finally able to capture more leads and see better conversion rate. In short, we saw more sales!

"Excellent Real-Time Support Provider"

What do you like best?

The ability to provide real-time support to all my website visitors and existing customers is what my support agents and I like the best.

What do you dislike?

I don’t know if this was a bug or not. But for a few days we weren’t able to track the correct data on our support reps through the software. Except, we spoke to the team and it got resolved. So as such there isn’t a feature that we dislike so far.
