Running a ecommerce business

Running a ecommerce business is no joke. Learnt it while my team and i couldn’t manage too many transactional questions and emails for the same. That’s when we thought, okay why not make it instant. Many complained we did not provide instant support to them. So we realized we need a chat tool onboard, and that’s where proprofs helped us out. We started off with free trial and in a day or two we got their chat tool added to our website. Now our customers are happy and as an online business we are making good progress.

Rising customer tickets was a major concern for my business for a few years. It had impacted the productivity of my support staff and increased customer churn as well. It’s only recently that I thought of streamlining everything in a way that customers can resolve any questions on their own and my support staff have to address only serious client concerns. This is when I started using ProProfs Knowledge Base software to create a centralized knowledge bank which both my customers and support staff can access easily. I was a little apprehensive of this tool in the beginning but after I created a knowledge base and saw positive results, I realized that it was worth it. It’s hard to believe but till now support tickets have gone down by 50% and both my customers and support staff are happy with this new initiative.

i have to communicate with customers on…

i have to communicate with customers on a daily basis and having something like Proprofs live chat is working out great for my business. their knowledge bank is an excellent addition that helps me enhance customer experience... i have tried out similar tools in the past but nothing transformed the service quality of my team like these did.i'll surely recommend Proprofs to any business out there.

Starting my own startup was in itself a really tough task, but with all other aspects, like investment, legal advisories, etc - the one thing that I didn’t understand how to get my teams to collaborate and work on projects easily. My client finds it to be feature-rich and powerful enough to track issues without losing on any. They can resolve tickets faster using this product. As a corporate trainer in an MNC, using the right employee training software is always on top of mymind. Being a teacher

Being a teacher, it used to be difficult for me to save time since I had to put hours into creating weekly test for my students. But now I’ve resolved this problem with ProProfs Quiz Maker. In this tool, I create tests in minutes and share them directly with my students on their email ids. I do not even require to grade them indiviidually. The software does it for me. It is a great time saver and I recommenfd it to all teachers.

If you were searching for a live help software mobile app that helps you provide support anytime, anywhere, then proprofs chat is the perfect option. I never thought delighting customers would become less of a hassle. Plus, my agents appreciate how they no longer have to sit at their systems to provide support to customers. They can reach out to them or manage support queues. I haven’t witnessed their app crashing every now and then. So for me it’s perfect!
