What are the best aspects of this product?
It comes with a forever free plan that helps you at least get started with the support process for your business. And that’s not all, it covers all the essential features that can help a business manage and respond to customer requests efficiently. That’s exactly what worked for us when we started using ProProfs Chat since last November.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I feel they could add the announcements feature for the forever free plan too. After switching from free plan to premium plan, my team and I realized how amazing the Announcement feature really is and can bring in a lot of leads for the business.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I feel that so far they are only missing out on the chatbot feature.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Reduce our support cost easily.
