Pros: It is very easy to use, and has so many features. The templates are easy to work with, the email marketing is simple - more important the support we receive from our team is amazing - especially our representative. He really cares about our business, which is a non profit, he always is thinking of ways to help us achieve our mission.
Cons: there is only one tiny feature I would love to see added - an easy way to find and delete duplicate entries.
Overall: We have had a wonderful experience with Marketing 360. The software is so comprehensive and user friendly and for us the most important reason is the support we receive from our Account Manager and the supporting staff that he connects us with. They work with us so well - and truly care about our business.
Pros: The customer support is awesome!!! This platform doe it all...CRM, website, text message marketing, emails, social ads, google, the list goes on and on.
Cons: It can be intimidating if you are inexperienced navigating the platform and utilizing all of their options but their customer support is top notch and they assist in every way possible.

Overall: I like to know exactly how my marketing dollars are spent. I've been with other companies that either didn't update me unless I asked them specific questions, or gave me very vague answers. I'm pretty analytical and like to see the data. With Marketing 360, I have a point of contact (Dustin is my go-to). We speak weekly going over my website's performance, SEO performance and paid advertising performance. We brainstorm together on different ways we can reach our target audience. At any time, I can log onto the platform and see updated information and what new tasks they've completed. It was a little slow going (but that's pretty typical) but after a couple of months I'm starting to see good results!

SHE SAID NO MATTER WHAT IT WOULD ALWAYS RING TO MY BUSINESS. WRONG. WHEN YOU CALL IT NOW, YOU GET HUNG UP ON.
