Fluid CRM FAQs

Is Fluid a full CRM?

Yes. Fluid is a full CRM for tracking deals, contacts, companies, activities and follow-ups. It's the visual, lightweight and simple one built for solo founders and small B2B teams instead of enterprise ops departments. It's not built for email marketing automation or 200-field setups, and that's on purpose.

How is Fluid different from HubSpot or Pipedrive?

Fluid has the structure of a CRM with the simplicity of a spreadsheet. HubSpot and Pipedrive are built for scale, with features and pricing most small teams never need. Fluid keeps only what you use to close deals, at a fraction of the cost. Less setup, less training, less admin.

Why is Fluid just 16€/month?

Because that is enough to keep building and pay the team. Most CRMs charge 5x to 30x more to cover big sales teams, enterprise features 95 percent of users never touch and shareholders. We carry none of that. Every feature is included on every plan, with no upgrade traps and no surprise bills.

Can I sync my email with Fluid?

Yes, through BCC logging. You get a secret inbox address in Fluid. BCC it when you email a prospect and the email lands on their deal automatically, no Gmail or Outlook connection needed. Set auto-BCC and it happens on every email without you thinking about it. Fluid is a deals-first pipeline CRM, so pair it with your sending tool for outreach.

Can I import my data from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Import contacts and deals from a CSV, XLS or XLSX. If your file is clean it takes about 2 minutes, and importing as deals creates the contact and company automatically. See the step-by-step import guide: https://fluidcrm.io/blog/import/

How long does it take to set up?

About 60 seconds to your first deal. Nothing to install, no calls, no training. A 7-step onboarding wizard walks you through the essentials so you are productive from day one.

Can I manage multiple businesses in one account?

Yes. Run a separate pipeline for each business and invite people only to the pipelines they should see. Deals stay separated per pipeline. If your businesses need fully separate contact lists, use a license each for now, and separate workspaces under one login are on the roadmap.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and no credit card. You can also invite up to 5 teammates during the trial, so your whole team can test Fluid before anyone pays.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You keep full ownership of everything you track. Export your contacts and deals to CSV anytime, so nothing is ever locked in.

Does Fluid CRM offer a free plan?

No, Fluid CRM does not offer a free plan.
