What do you like best?

What I like most about Lime Talk software is that it allows me to see in real time when a visitor visits my website. You can see the product that interests you and most importantly, it allows the visitor to ask any questions, which you can answer instantly.

What do you dislike?

I have not found any defect in the time I have been using Lime Talk software every day, everything has been working for us in our company since we used the software functions. A good product.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you need a live chat on your website that gives customers the opportunity to get in touch with your company and receive answers in moments I recommend using the Lime Talk software.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Since we used the Lime Talk software in our company to Increase the conversion rate by offering my clients exactly what they are looking for. The Lime Talk software is fully customizable and I can choose the color or text that I want, making it more striking for my clients.

What do you like best?

I like software because it gives each client the opportunity to get in touch with my company's employees and receive a response in seconds. It allows me to answer from the computer or mobile phone. The software also allows me to see in real time when a visitor visits my website.

What do you dislike?

The widget themes available I don't like and are not very flashy.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I highly recommend using the Lime Talk software.

No download, no installation on the computer. The implementation has never been so easy, it makes it easier for me to answer visitors' questions not only through the web browser, but also through my cell phone, tablet or other mobile device.
