What do you like best?
The overall abilities to use any and all modules and fulfill the needs of the company. Great for paperless options, streamlining of New hire process, recruitment, payroll, performance management, and overall HR changes. Ulti is always expanding and improving their products.
What do you dislike?
Not too much at this tme, they are constantly updating and adding in new features to enhance not only their platform, but also the ease of use for Admin and user. WIth the merger of two systems (Kronos & Ulti) the additional updates may prove to be very helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize all models to capture the full ability of the system. Use the API's (work with IT) to connect/ share data to other systems to really maximize your reporting depth and connectivity to other departments. Make this system fully functional not only in tech- but for HR to have a larger seat in connecting data to the overall company. It can be done!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Streamlining/go green initiatives/coordination of streamlining or presentation of data to other departments within the company. Sharing of information is key - being able to gather/ present and offer insight for all departments is great. Every system has limits, but always ways to achieve. Ulti Pro allows the ability to achieve these goals.
