Very useful for HR management

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It helps us manage the attendance of employees, keeping track of their daily punch-ins. It gives you an update on the exact date and time they do so.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Applying for leaves and adjustments can take some time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us track the employees, making sure that they show up on time and apply their leaves properly.

What do you like best?

Keka is the best software for HR purpose, by this software we can track the login hours, attendance, leaves, salary of the employee.

It the established start up company due to that they are taking more time to update the software with new changes.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It made our lives easier as it can track attendance, salary, and tax deductions consistently and accurately.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't have any particular complaints about the software.

Very easy to use

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It has a simple UI that is easy to understand and find functions you need to use. In addition, their support team is very accomodating and friendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although we love Keka HR, unfortunately, some features that we are looking for are missing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Because of Keka HR, we now have a centralized HR management system where we can be updated on all the employees' information.

"Keka- An Software for management in a company"

What do you like best?

I have liked a lot of things about keka, such as we check the punctualitu of all the employees and respective teams on it. Like a what time a particular employee comes to the company by checking his/her punch in or out logs. An employee can easily apply for reimbursement of hotel , food, travelling etc. bills due to client meetings for which firm is responsible. You can easily apply leave on it by tagging all the concerned members such as project lead / manager.

What do you dislike?

Overall keka us pretty much satisfying but there is always a scope for improvement. It 's andriod app certainly needs to improve its features to the standard of other such platforms in the market.

Try iy once, i found it very much useful . It is very easy to use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Checking punctuality of employees, Applying for leaves and bill reimbursement.

"Payroll automation is at its best in keeping things organized"

What do you like best?

The great thing about Keka is that using it has resulted in our HR procedures and process to move along in a quick and easy manner. I found the My Team section to be really useful since it allowed me to have a quick and easy overview of the people that I am handling.

What do you dislike?

I don't have any problems with it now, but I do admit that there was a bit of a learning curve when I was trying to do the process for adjusting the attendance log. Maybe they could further simplify this in future versions?

Recommendations to others considering the product:

 I literally cannot think of anything about it that could be made better.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The software has really simplified our processes. Making announcements, giving leaves, or even opening up a new user account was such a complicated thing to do so having this software make everything so much simpler is a really big deal.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool was a strong catalyst for my team's workflow improvement. We are now more efficient thanks to Keka.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I initially had a few issues with Keka's process of logging our attendance. However, I've come to understand the rationale behind their process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Onboarding new employees and processing day-offs was such a cumbersome job. However, with Keka helping out, we've managed to automate this process and our team works so much more efficiently now.

"Keka is a good tool for payroll management in organization."

What do you like best?

Keka had best thing that I liked is every leaf employee can see it's root employee i.e Founder & team working under each higher level employee.

What do you dislike?

- I didn't quite liked bug handling of the keka website. For eg. If user does not exist then Python default error page will be shown instead of custom error screen.

- It should integrate punch in and punch out in website or App itself.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Keka is a really good plateform for payroll management. I recommend to give it a try and I assure you won't regret.

- keka plateform is really awesome and unique in its way. One can easily import list is attendance marked by employee during salary cycle and prepare balance sheet accordingly. In my previous organization we have used keka for payroll.

"keka : one of the best HR portal "

What do you like best?

There are many features of keka which i have liked but to be specific i would like to mention few of them. Best feature is you can see which of your collegues will be unavialable for the coming days which helps us a team to plan the work according to that.upcoming birthdays and holidays can be seen on the platform as well so that one can plan parties according to that.Management of payroll according to our attendance (effective as well as gross hours) os also a nice feature to have. The one feature i like the most is the ease with i can apply my leaves whether it is medical, causal etc. Tha attendance page also shows your panctuality as well by showing whethet you comes on time or late to the office.Expenses is great because we can reimburse our food bills from company just by filling the forum in expense section.

What do you dislike?

For now there are not much things which i have disliked about keka. One thing i want to mention is their app which needs a significant improvement . app's view is not good, page size is small, etc. There is a lot of scope for improvement in app.

One of the best available in market..Easy to use with a lot of benefits.

Applying leaves, expenses reimbursement,punctualitu check, calculating overtime hours, birthday of colleagues, work management, announcements and holidays dates or simply calender.

"Best HR and Payroll tool for Startups"

What do you like best?

I love the User Interface, easy to use, No bother in getting the detail about the daily time logs, painless leave Management integration for both employees and employers. Remote clock-in is also available which I like most.

What do you dislike?

To be conscientious about it, all that we could ask from a Payroll software & HR has been met by this program. I honestly cannot think of anything about it that could be made better.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Earlier, doing payroll took a lot of time, and we could even argue that the previous process was barely useful. But ever since this program took our process to the web and computerised it, everything has been smooth. We can access it remotely, and everything is automated. It has even helped us with ensuring that our tax calculations are accurate as this is one of the features of Keka too.
