What are the best aspects of this product?
Express Pigeon is easy to use and works quickly. We have used other software such as Constant Contact and Mailchimp, and I can clearly say that I am very satisfied from Express pigeon’s customer service, faster uploading and it’s more understandable than these others. As I said before, the customer support team is wonderful, ready to help at any moment. The analytics tool is simply to use and works perfectly. We have seen that the emails get through at the same rate as other software.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We had some issues with Constant Contact platform because they couldn’t grow with us so we had to make some changes. We started with Mailchimp and I found it difficult to use than EP, and what I hated most is the support works only via chatting.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Express Pigeon helps us to inform our customer about our products, changes, and new features. Also, it helps us to reach new and potential customers.
