What do you like best?
Insycle is user-friendly and takes a lot of manual work out of organizing and updating data. Syncing with our CRM (HubSpot) was very easy. I've automated certain key clean-up goals and set up reporting on key data such as new duplicate records through this tool.
One specific thing I really liked: One key goal for our company was looking for patterns in our data to help decide what needs to be updated. Insycle took this a step further by offering their own patterns that we hadn't thought to look for.
Biggest perk: Definitely the customer service. I always get quick helpful feedback to my questions.
What do you dislike?
No complaints. Tool accomplishes exactly what it's meant to and I haven't had any errors/syncing issues.
One suggested improvement: Make templates usable for multiple data sets. Example: If I make a template to abbreviate state names, it would be nice to apply that template to a separate data set, such as customers vs companies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Product does exactly what the company says it does, and does it well. Never had any issues with syncing or any errors/bugs. I implemented Insycle at my company and use it regularly to analyze our records.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
-Find patterns in data to easily bulk update records
-Manipulate large and possibly inconsistent data sets
-Track metrics related to data inconsistencies
-Easily identify useless records (fake records, no meaningful info, no customer interaction, etc.)
