"Best Chat software to interact with Clients "

What do you like best?

The best thing about is that you can track the number of visitors coming on your website in addition to talking to them. The interface is fantastic and it has so many useful options to improve your productivity. Install was a breeze and so the usage part.

What do you dislike?

Nothing major to dislike here, but it doesn't respond sometimes when you have heavy traffic on your website.

Apart from that lack of mobile application is a big disadvantage.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The clients can reach out to us whenever they want. It helps in keeping track of volume of visitors and presents meaningful data comparison.

I like the layout of the dashboard and the features available. Definitely one of the better chat clients out there.

What do you dislike?

Lack of mobile app is a big factor considering the mobile nature of life these days.
