What do you like best about Calendly?I use Calendly to schedule consultations and meetings with clients. It takes a lot of the manual work out of scheduling, cuts down on the back and forth, and only books times when I’m available. I like that it integrates with my Google Calendar. It’s simple and cheap, does exactly what it’s supposed to do and then some, and it’s easy for clients to sign up and schedule meetings. I’ve found it intuitive and easy to use from the first day, without needing a manual or time to learn it. It’s simple both to set up how meetings work and for clients to use. The initial setup was very easy, and even as the app and website interfaces changed, I never felt confused about how to navigate them. I’ve used it for about six years, absolutely love it, and hope it doesn’t go anywhere.What do you dislike about Calendly?Nothing, it perfectly meets my needs!What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?Calendly takes a lot of the manual work out of scheduling consultations and meetings. Before, booking meant five back-and-forth emails to find a time. Now the booking syncs with my calendar, I show up prepared, and the scheduling friction is gone — which matters a lot for a practice built on direct access.

What do you like best about Calendly?Calendly completely eliminates the hassle of back-and-forth emails when scheduling meetings. Its seamless calendar integration prevents double-booking, and the automated reminder notifications save me a tremendous amount of time every single day.What do you dislike about Calendly?What I dislike most about Calendly is the limited customization on the free plan. Removing branding and adding advanced integrations or custom routing forms requires a paid subscription, which can be restrictive for individual freelancers starting out.What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?Calendly solves the problem of scheduling fatigue by completely eliminating tedious back-and-forth emails to coordinate meeting times. It benefits me by automating my availability, preventing double-bookings through instant calendar synchronization, and saving me valuable time so I can focus more on my clients and freelance projects.

The other party just looks at my calendar and books a time that works for them.

What do you like best about Calendly?I like that Calendly makes it easy to share a calendar with my customers so they can pick dates and times that work for them without me having to provide open dates. I love when Calendly joins my meetings, takes notes, and records the session. I also like the summary report: it shows how many customers joined training sessions, which ones didn’t show, which classes get more participation, and the percentage of people who showed up. After I understood how it worked, it was pretty easy to use.What do you dislike about Calendly?It took me a couple of hours to understand how Calendly worked, but after that it was pretty easy.What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?Calendly makes it easy for me to provide a calendar to my customers, so they can automatically pick dates and times that work best for them without me having to provide open dates.

What do you like best about Calendly?Ease of scheduling, re-scheduling, the meeting recaps all in one placeWhat do you dislike about Calendly?The layout is imperfect at times, especially when using the AI chatbot. Calendly does not allow for recurring meetings to be scheduled, which would be very helpful.What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?Saves me time in scheduling and allows me to have all my availability in one place for all the meetings that occur at a time.
