What do you like best?

Very user friendly. Most users will have an easy time learning the app.

What do you dislike?

Capabilities such as choice based conjoint, Max Diff and their stat. app are only available

at extra cost.

It deserves a look!

My students use it to create and field surveys in my MR course. The students like the power

and ease of use.

What do you like best?

I love the was Qualtrics has set up the "contact help" feature. I leave my number, the representative calls me back-.always quickly and ready to help. The support specialists are knowledgeable and courteous.

What do you dislike?

I have no complaints about the product. I am taking the time to write this review because I really love this product. If there is one thing I wish the survey platform could add, I wish there was a way for responses to be recorded on a webcam. I work with a population that uses sign language and sometimes it would be optimal for them to have the ability to respond in their visual language.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I've been using the scoring feature a lot more. It makes my data review so much easier.

What do you like best?

Great functionality--can program very complex surveys. Fantastic support--QTX techs are always helpful.

What do you dislike?

Buggy--frequent bugs that impact functionality. Given that the surveys I program are for a high-profile client, it can cause huge problems when thing don't work they way they usually do.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use QTX to obtain data on metrics that impact evaluation work, as well a VOC data such as customer satisfaction.

Convenient to use with branches, logic, AI Review, multiple question types. Strong tools to build surveys, reports or dashboards.

What do you dislike?

Cost is a bit high! And I really want to use it for small size clients

Get feedbacks from clients. Using in wide range. Performance is good, easy to design corresponding questions for various types of client. Nice report and dashboards designs available

What do you like best?

The platform is easy to use and offers so many options for various feedback needs and reporting. I have been working on the platform for 8 years now and there are still tools I haven't touched on yet. They offer tutorials that can be helpful along with support from others who work on the platform as well.

What do you dislike?

Our company uses some out of the box web service features specifically designed for us and sometimes it takes a while to get ahold of the correct person to answer or solve our issues. It's always taken care of but I wish there was a dedicated contact for specialized problems like the web service or API's. Thankfully, this doesn't happen often.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Qualtrics to gain feedback from our customers internally and externally. We have been able to use the data in conjunction with our internal information to make decision on the future across all departments.

Nothing! Great platform. Whenever there is an issue, the customer support line can help you solve it!

What do you like best?

It is easy to learn, and has EXTENSIVE training/documentation (including many videos). The support is knowledgeable and helpful. The platform has all the "bells and whistles" (features/capabilities) needed to conduct complex surveys, with multiple quotas. It also has an AI-based survey design review feature, which rates the survey and provides specific recommendations to improve the survey.

What do you dislike?

I'm old and old school, so I miss creating and copying blocks of code/syntax (which I used to use with Ci2/Ci3/WinCati). I felt more confident when I viewed the code as a text file, but I am gaining confidence in Qualtrics over time (it has NEVER been wrong, though I have screwed up a few times).

If you obtain respondent sample from Qualtrics, be sure to include robust checks for bots/fakers/non-qualified respondents (not a problem specific to them, that applies to EVERY sample vendor you use). Don't assume that the review by the Qualtrics QC team will find/remove bad records. CHECK yourself (and more importantly, set up the screening/proofing to prevent bad actors from sneaking into your survey in the first place).

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Self-service research platforms like Qualtrics are cost-effective and save considerable time compared to outsourcing research to vendors.

However, (and this is HUGE!) you need to ENSURE that the people who are designing and conducting the research are KNOWLEDGEABLE regarding research design and execution.

Yes, anyone can write a survey, but not anyone can write a GOOD survey.

And while it is great to save money buying cheap (low quality) sample, your data/study may be ruined because the respondents are NOT the people you expected.

Ensure the person/team that will use Qualtrics is TRAINED in marketing research (a degree, not just an online class or two).

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use the platform to conduct online surveys among business customers and prospects, for a variety of products/services and customer service related topics. The platform is self-service, so I can quickly design/launch studies, and pull data immediately. The deliverables (cross tabs and reports) it creates save me considerable time and effort.

What do you like best?

The ability to use and customize a matrix table and automatic statements for likert scales. Download options for many programs such as excel and SPSS.

What do you dislike?

Some of the designs that are more "modern" are somewhat big and it won't allow you to customize a static survey theme.
