From small single location businesses to multi-location franchises, setting up and synching review profiles for biz clients was a breeze. Furthermore, the review manager menu design is ultra-intuitive and the actual review manager software is fantastic.

Their customer service is on an entirely different level vs sites like yext (seriously no bueno) or birdeye.com (better than yext but still sucks) which I appreciate.
The entire suite of business management reputation services just provides a great value-add to my digital web services and most importantly, stopped all those pesky calls and emails from clients because it was so easy to use and teach.
I like this platform because it accesses, inspects and examines many review sites, providing me with the most specific and accurate information about the opinions of the clients, it also provides me with real time monitoring, answers to opinions that damage our image, as well as follow-ups that help the company to take care of its reputation, which is very good because not only we manage to do a more efficient job, but we earn money with it.
I am very pleased that the use of this program is not complex and that it has several versions which makes it an application adaptable to your pocket or general budget.
Actually, there is nothing I do not like about this program, but any update or improvement would not hurt, because I think there are always things that you can add to a program.

Wish they'd notified users of recent upgrades made ahead of time. But they were upgrades to the platform so that's good and they were very helpful when I asked about it.

Review Trackers allows me to answer and monitor all reviews from several different channels for 300+ locations. I can't imagine trying to track all reviews without them being housed in one handy area.

The app and website are both incredible intuitive, and the most useful information that I need when reviewing reviews are always available in simple, effective charts and reports. Plus you're able to respond to the review straight from the website, increasing my engagement with customers and decreasing the amount of time I spend on tracking reviews.
Honestly, I don't have any qualms with ReviewTrackers. Because the reasons I use it are pretty basic, everything I want to use them for is provided.
Like I mentioned earlier, it simplifies engaging with customers who have left a review on any major site (Google, FB, yelp, TripAdvisor), which has increased my efficiency.

It is worth the investment to keep on top of all your online reviews. Not just to respond to them but to be able to see everything your customers are saying. You can monitor trends and watch your ratings go up.
We are receiving more reviews online and our group overall rating has increased significantly
