"An essential & easy to use online reputation management tool for large or small businesses"

What do you like best?

From small single location businesses to multi-location franchises, setting up and synching review profiles for biz clients was a breeze. Furthermore, the review manager menu design is ultra-intuitive and the actual review manager software is fantastic.

What do you dislike?

Real-time review updates could be better synched.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Their customer service is on an entirely different level vs sites like yext (seriously no bueno) or birdeye.com (better than yext but still sucks) which I appreciate.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The entire suite of business management reputation services just provides a great value-add to my digital web services and most importantly, stopped all those pesky calls and emails from clients because it was so easy to use and teach.

"The best tool to improve your reputation as a company."

What do you like best?

I like this platform because it accesses, inspects and examines many review sites, providing me with the most specific and accurate information about the opinions of the clients, it also provides me with real time monitoring, answers to opinions that damage our image, as well as follow-ups that help the company to take care of its reputation, which is very good because not only we manage to do a more efficient job, but we earn money with it.

I am very pleased that the use of this program is not complex and that it has several versions which makes it an application adaptable to your pocket or general budget.

What do you dislike?

Actually, there is nothing I do not like about this program, but any update or improvement would not hurt, because I think there are always things that you can add to a program.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Review trackers are very easy to use and has a very nice interface, has undoubtedly been a key tool in the productivity and growth of our company, so I recommend this application to all companies that wish to have a good reputation, reduce monitoring times and follow-ups, as well as increase their sales, solving the needs of their customers and providing a better service.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This program is excellent, since it helps us to compile a series of suggestions and opinions from clients, which have allowed us to detect our deficiencies as a company and those things that we must improve, this is very good, because activities that we thought were well directed they were, and without this tool we would have simply broken as a company, because by not clearly seeing where we are going, or controlling this, we would lose a lot of money and it would be impossible to recover.

"Managing and tracking customer contacts with ease"

What do you like best?

The two things I acknowledge most about survey tracker are one, a solitary spot that gathers the audits I have to react to and share with my group and two, simple to create measurements that I can impart to my group so we can talk about territories of chance and triumphs.

What do you dislike?

While Google audits will in general populate quick, surveys from different locales, particularly Yelp take longer. At the point when a survey is one that I feel needs quick consideration, I will in general location it through my email alert as I have missed reacting in an auspicious way looking out for audit tracker to refresh with the data.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I do appreciate audit trackers more than I get baffled with it and I would prescribe it. Furthermore, the care staff is too useful, reacts rapidly, and is available to thoughts and recommendations!

Having inquired about a couple of different stages, I have arrived at the resolution that it would take me a ton to switch. This site gives me a larger number of apparatuses than its opposition and at a lower cost. It is without inquiry an extraordinary incentive for what you get.

Just does not work consistently. contents are blocked sometimes, pressing back just brings us to random places. definitwly needs fixing or else a very good app.

"Great site, great dashboard, incredibly user-friendly!"

What do you like best?

Review Trackers is easy to use, and I love the custom reports you can create with just a few clicks.

What do you dislike?

Location performance page can't be exported.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Insight into the customer base in every community Westfield Shopping Centers are located. RT is a great touch point for customer feedback and insight as to how we can improve the guest experience, and it's also a good touch point to say thank you for visiting the shopping center!

What do you like best?

dashboard is very intuitive and the customer service is extremely responsive.

What do you dislike?

Wish they'd notified users of recent upgrades made ahead of time. But they were upgrades to the platform so that's good and they were very helpful when I asked about it.

"Convenient"

What do you like best?

Review Trackers allows me to answer and monitor all reviews from several different channels for 300+ locations. I can't imagine trying to track all reviews without them being housed in one handy area.

What do you dislike?

Reporting. I wish there were more options.

It would be very helpful to be able to customize reporting. Maybe more options?

The ability to reply to all reviews, both good and bad.

"Pure Perfection"

What do you like best?

The app and website are both incredible intuitive, and the most useful information that I need when reviewing reviews are always available in simple, effective charts and reports. Plus you're able to respond to the review straight from the website, increasing my engagement with customers and decreasing the amount of time I spend on tracking reviews.

What do you dislike?

Honestly, I don't have any qualms with ReviewTrackers. Because the reasons I use it are pretty basic, everything I want to use them for is provided.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Like I mentioned earlier, it simplifies engaging with customers who have left a review on any major site (Google, FB, yelp, TripAdvisor), which has increased my efficiency.

What do you like best?

The algorithm that automatically responds to positive reviews on Facebook and Google

What do you dislike?

We have multiple venues, I'd like to be able to receive a report daily that tells me which venues have reviews that need to be responded to

Recommendations to others considering the product

It is worth the investment to keep on top of all your online reviews. Not just to respond to them but to be able to see everything your customers are saying. You can monitor trends and watch your ratings go up.

We are receiving more reviews online and our group overall rating has increased significantly
