ShowMyPC software has four products and helps in accessing home/office PCs from remote locations as well as provide remote support to conduct meetings. The software allows hassle-free access and monitoring of multiple unattended computers. It comes with Windows Remote Desktop Protocol support across firewalls. Users can find help in rebooting a remote system and unlock PCs using ShowMyPC software. It also facilitates easily tracking stolen or lost personal computers. Remote Support and Meetings product by ShowMyPC features remote control, high-speed screen sharing, file transfer facility, live chat, session recording etc. It uses a password & not an IP address to make a connection.

"Simple and free PC sharing"

What do you like best?

Showmypc is the most easiest of screen sharing softwares I have used. The download and setup is quick and hassle free. Our clients love this as doesn’t require them to be tech savvy. The instructions are clear and easy to follow.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes showmypc app acts weird. It doesn’t take the password and needs to be shut down and the password regenerated

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Simple and easy to use

Most clients are not so tech savvy, and have difficulty in connecting their PC, showmypc solves this major issue

What do you like best?

What I like most about ShowMyPC is its small interface that has only the buttons needed to carry out remote access. I like its annotation features to draw on the screen. I also consider that its price is very accessible, offering its commercial license for only $ 36 per month. In addition, this program is based on Java, so it can be run on almost all platforms (Windows, Linux and MacOS.

What do you dislike?

What I don't like is that sometimes the software has some connection issues, especially when there are several connections connected simultaneously. Audio quality is also affected.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I think its price is well below other competitors in the market. This tool offers good features in terms of remote support features. In my opinion, the organization where I work has benefited greatly. I recommend it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This program has presented benefits in my organization with its price, which has greatly reduced software implementation costs. It has also benefited by improving communication with customers, because we have been able to comply with the established times of incidents, giving support remotely, without needing to physically assist.

"The most powerful and economical computer control and assistance on the market."

What do you like best?

I really like to have a program that helps me when giving assistance and receiving technical assistance. I like the simplicity it offers its users. Another aspect that everyone should know and value is the low consumption of resources that makes the hardware of your computer, I have measured similar options and consumption is high. If you have to travel outside the country or you have to stay away from home for several months, you do not need to bring all your information, just have an internet connection so that ShowMyPc can do the magic for you, you can access all your files without compromising the security of your privacy or of the information that you have protected, I am very happy to have obtained this computer solution. In addition, you will not find another solution more economical and of high quality like the one that ShowMyPc offers you.

What do you dislike?

I feel that the interface may be better, this does not detract from any potential, at all, only that it could give a more stylized touch, the rest I have no complaints about the excellent performance of the program.

I highly recommend it, your closest competitions charge a lot of money for the same services and without the stability that ShowMyPc offers you. The saving of money is substantial, many friends have told me that they spend a lot of money on similar solutions, so I'm sure they will change without hesitation to tell you the benefits it offers. Any entrepreneur looking for technical assistance will find in ShowMyPc a perfect ally that can grow with them without any surprises as similar commercial options found in the market.

The main problem that I have managed to solve is related to my budget, I have managed to save a lot of money with ShowMyPc, the best of the whole thing, is that you do the same and even more than applications or recognized platforms of the market. Another aspect that I have managed to solve without any problem, is the aspect of stability, it is amazing the few resources it consumes.

"Simplicity and effectiveness in using the application"

What do you like best?

The program is excellent. We use here at work to give remote access to technical support from the management software provider company. Generating a password if access is an additional security item and guarantee that your privacy has been secured.The is by far the easiest remote access software I have ever used.

What do you dislike?

The image has some delays even if you have a good internet connection, but because of its ease it does not bother you.

Practical, no need to request release with IT staff, anyone would know how to use

"Show my PC - my experience"

What do you like best?

The best thing that i like about show my pc is that you can integrate it with your application.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing to dislike on such a great piece of software still they could have done a better job with the logo and the colour scheme.

I would recommend implementing show my pc in your organisation with a slow pace which will allow your personnel to get acquainted with the new technology or user interface which will inturn affect efficiency and increase productivity.

I have solved my organizations internal it support issue with show my pc,my in house tech support team can now monitor and support all the technical assets and any problem can instantly be taken care of with the help of show my pc.

I have also cut down on the cost for my it team travel as they can now sit in an office and provide support.

"Amazing Remote Support and Meeting services"

What do you like best?

It has a very simple installation process. It has several features such as chatting, file transfer, and meetings. easy to share your pc with others. The file size is very small and my one is a free version. It alerts you to what user connected to you.

What do you dislike?

Updating are not install automatically and when we scale the remote pc it hard to read the screen.

I recommend this to use quick remote desktop connections.

What do you like best?

O showmypc tem uma ótima interface, bem intuitiva e de boa usabilidade. Possui uma simplicidade onde o usuário é guiado de uma maneira rápida para os acessos. Com ele também é possível configurar um acesso, para que seja utilizado em qualquer momento.

What do you dislike?

Em algumas versões do sistema operacional ( mais precisamente Windows o programa passou por alguns incidentes, travando o acesso, mas, após resolver esse problema (não identificado se no Sistema Operacional ou na versão utilizada não há comentários de caráter negativo para o sistema.

What do you like best?

A usabilidade do sistema chama atenção. Acesso remoto descomplicados, ferramenta fácil de utilzar.

What do you dislike?

Normalmente, programa de acesso remoto já é executado mostrando o seu ID, no showmypc é preciso clicar em 'Mostrar meu PC' para isso, não que isso seja relevante, apenas uma observação.

Fácil e rápido de acessar, utilizar e configurar. Um software de grande simplicidade e usabilidade.
