About Kreato CRM

Kreato is a CRM solution that uses AI to help marketers and salespeople better engage with their customers and close sales. Kreato CRM includes sales sequencing functionality to help guide salespeople as to whom they should engage with in their pipeline, when, and in what way. The solution also allows you to make calls, which are then automatically logged and transcribed into text. Kreato enables you to email and send text messages to customers, as well as auto sync emails you have received with specific CRM contacts. In terms of email capabilities, Kreato can auto trigger email responses according to actions that customers take, or their stage in the pipeline. You can also create drip email campaigns to send personalized emails at a schedule of your choosing. The solution also enables you to use system insight to understand when they are most likely to read the emails you are sending.
