BuddyCRM is a sales management tool built for a sales team of 5 or more reps. It’s an online CRM solution to easily manage existing clients, leads, and prospects’ data. The tool enables sales managers to store all modes of interaction between the company and clients in one place including calls, emails, activities, and attachments. Users can build sales presentations and send out itemized quotes with product pictures and specifications. They can track the performance of their sales team and ROI on their marketing budget while on the go. Also, you can quickly filter contacts to send targeted emails through Pure360, Mailchimp, Redeye, and Flowbird integrations. The strength of this software is that it can be accessed from any browser and it has a strong customer support team. Additionally, there is a mobile app for iOS devices. BuddyCRM even comes with a dedicated CRM manager who oversees all aspects of software management while users manage sales.
