my experience with appsflyer is good User experience dashboard and good account handling. Custom dashboard in appsflyer is awesome !
detail location like city is unavailable in this platform. we can get the detail in the raw data and it suburb. need extra time to extract it.
there are hidden fee like data locker and pivot. i think data locet and pivot should be basic feature in this platform
before use purchase appsflyer, please consider if your business is need to know location performance or not. because to know in this platform is difficult or need more time to extract location
Know ROI each ads, cohort, compare ads acquisition and retargeting performance, retention report, onelink management is awesome
It has almost every affiliate integrated on the platform which makes it easier for Advertiser's. Their attribution helps us in identifying the ROI of individual Affiliates and optimize our spends accordingly
It would have been helpful for universal attribution including self attribution platforms like Facebook & Google and increase in Lookback period more than 2 years

In the section which you can receive the raw data, it took too much time and can't set a periodic email to somebody else.
Also, if we could give our partners' viewer access for example to their tracker to see their performance like Adjust platform, it could help so much.
The main reason is doing app campaigns which give us the ability to compare different providers and allocate our budget better.
Also, it gives us the ability to check the user journey or funnel and find the issues in the app steps.

Appsflyer is part of my every day life in a growth role. I love how simple the dashboard is and everything is easy to use. Onelinks are actually pretty awesome too and powerful. We are running a full fledge affiliate program off of it.

Appsflyer doesn't have a program for start ups, so I find it costly. And I also find it to be a little too much nickel and dime conversations if you want access to more data.
Also I wished the TV attribution was a lot more seamless. It unfortunately didn't work at all for us.

Easy to look at all install data in the overview dash, and also provides an activity dash for non-cohorted metrics/KPIS.
Tracking organic post-install attribution costs extra.
The dashes are split into apps (by platform) which makes it tedious to go back and forth between the same app on different platforms.
Retargeting campaign costs are available on the Overview dash, while the revenues are logged under the re-targeting dash, so I need to export the data to see performance.

Their deeplinking feature needs work. Once you choose a currency in settings, you cant change it.
Ensure your events setup is thorough when integrating. Reach out to Appsflyer account management team and try work out a better deal, they are open to it if your organisation is heading in the right direction.
Attribution for app acquisition and retention is easily managed. I don't question the data as we have control of the events postbacks to partners.

The reporting API, and the connection with Singular reporting often breaks and it is actually the main pain point of our activity.
Real time data helps me make real time decisions and catch campaign malfunctions pretty fast.
It is useful especially with short-term campaigns where we need to limit the amount of installs.
