Pros: I really enjoy running a/b tests and having the ability to optimize testing variables for the duration of tests...I found this capability to be one of the stronger features in the program.
Cons: It is not always straightforward in being able to view cumulative results of mobile campaigns in one area within the main dashboard...gathering this information can be time consuming and manual.
Overall: As I've been using it regularly for close to a year, I've been able to automate a lot of reporting and campaign optimization processes that have helped see into our data at a more granular level.

A lot of flexibility defining user profiles and attributes that allow us to automatically contact users directly from their service, according to how they're using different features and how the defined attributes and profiles are being recorded.

The thing I would like to see with the product is the capabilities for more correlations. The amount available does restrict the type of analytics that could be done with the data. Also if you were able to easily export it to an Excel document, Rather than manually doing everything.

It is a great job with measuring content consumption and engagement. This is very imperative because you’re able to scale across both small and large enterprise companies. It is also great for publisher applications.
I like that you can incorporate your funnel process into the platform with your analytics. You don't need a separate platform to integrate with because it's all in one place! I also love the attribution function. I feel sometimes it's hard to find out where a lead/visitor comes from but with Localytics it's easy to figure out.
I think it's a bit pricey. If you're a big company I think it's a great solution. But if you're a smaller company trying to grow by increasing your sales and streamlining the process, this may not be the best solution.
