Good tool for analytics

What do you like best?

Good dashboard to view metrics. Customizeable views as per business needs

What do you dislike?

Integration issues. It is not as easy to integrate compared to GA and other tools

Localytics Review

What do you like best?

Localytics is a fantastic tool for everything ranging from acquisition tracking to engagement cohorts to retention and reactivation. Not only does it function as a great dashboard for all cross-platform user data but also allows for actions on the outcome of this data in the form of campaigns of different kinds (App Push, Email, etc.)

What do you dislike?

The pricing structure is in skilled right for both small and large enterprise customers. The tagging system could be a little bit better. Most importantly their reporting can be a little bit more robust because when you’re pulling data on the backend you really need this type of information to do you dated day executions.

Recommendations to others considering the product

As the day continues to be the forefront in any industry, this product allows you to self, in to help predict future patterns of your business. No matter if you’re a small business or large enterprise customer, you would be able to benefit from this product. Their customer service is also very good, which makes for Rullan great partnership.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Do you thing is being able to pull the deed it and see behavioral patterns on the back end. This helps with setting up the strategy for our goals leading to the new fiscal year.

What do you like best?

It has a very simple interface it is easy to use and easy to teach non-technical members of the team. It’s fairly easy to take in the information and to be able to access the information. The visualization capabilities were very good as well.

What do you dislike?

The thing I would like to see with the product is the capabilities for more correlations. The amount available does restrict the type of analytics that could be done with the data. Also if you were able to easily export it to an Excel document, Rather than manually doing everything.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you’re looking to scale your business, and properly plan for the future of your business and market research being imperative, then this is the right solution for you. Also having a very hopeful customer success team helps you understand the tool and the results that you’re getting within the software. At the end of the day did an analytics are becoming imperative for marketing teams, and if you’re trying to move in that direction with data driven results I do recommend this product.

It is a great job with measuring content consumption and engagement. This is very imperative because you’re able to scale across both small and large enterprise companies. It is also great for publisher applications.

Good analytics platform

What do you like best?

I like that you can incorporate your funnel process into the platform with your analytics. You don't need a separate platform to integrate with because it's all in one place! I also love the attribution function. I feel sometimes it's hard to find out where a lead/visitor comes from but with Localytics it's easy to figure out.

What do you dislike?

I think it's a bit pricey. If you're a big company I think it's a great solution. But if you're a smaller company trying to grow by increasing your sales and streamlining the process, this may not be the best solution.

We wanted to get a better view of where our traffic was coming from and start a sales cycle and funnel process to make sure we were going after the best, ready to buy people.

What do you like best?

Combined system for assessment of measuring, great section development and campaign implementation. It's convenient having one platform rather than multiple that you have to switch between

Mobile Messaging and App Analytics

What do you like best?

I have been using Localytics for several years and we really like it. The interface is simple and built for marketers. Implementing it on a mobile app is pretty straightforward. I also feel that Localytics has a lot of room for potential, as they do a good job listening to their customers and are continually adding new features.

What do you dislike?

I wish the product had more integrations with other tools we are using, like our tag manager for our websites. Also, the reporting tool is not as robust as Adobe analytics other industry tool you might be used to.

Strong marketing tool

What do you like best?

The in-app (pop-ups) feature are great to show important messages to users of your app.

What do you dislike?

A lot of features are hidden behind a paywall and event tracking is not optimised.

Great and easy to use tool to monitor app user activity and measure performance

What do you like best?

Localytics has many functionalities that can be easily used once everything is set up. It is very fast for the tasks it accomplishes. Filters and ability to split data for certain attributes is great for reaching the information you need quickly. Events and funnels are great tools to analyze user behaviour. We are just starting to use engagement tools but they seem really good so far, especially Places feature.

What do you dislike?

Can't view Android and IOS apps combined. So, for a cumulative measurement of your app, you need to manually combine. Some collective data can be acquired via "query builder" but it is not nearly as effective as other tools of Localytics.

Performance Tracking for community management and user acquisiton campaigns. Localytics allows us to view and utilize the data easily and quickly.

Localytics is a great integrated solution for analytics and in-app messaging campaigns

What do you like best?

Single integrated solution for tracking app analytics and doing in-app messaging and push notification campaigns.

Simple to integrate

Test mode makes testing in-app messaging pretty straightforward.

What do you dislike?

Difficult to extract data by user (we send it up, but can only work with it via the raw data)

Pretty pricey

Integrated Mobile Analytics, Segmentation and Push Marketing!

What do you like best?

Integrated system for measurement, segment development and campaign execution. One platform versus having to bounce around and import / export data between systems.

What do you dislike?

Limited in terms of user and permission management. Risk in analytics users being able to push mass marketing campaigns. Requires security / roles / permissions to be enhanced.

Mobile analytics measurement, building segments off of behaviour and the ability to act on those segments from one platform.
