"Increase in Productivity, Communication, and Workflow"

What do you like best?

Everything for a project lives in one place. Gone are the days of reply all emails and digging through your inbox to find details and attachments. It's great for referring to previous projects when copying a project or seeing what creative we used in the past for an ad or an email digital graphic. The reporting functionality is also super useful. I also love the New Experience! Great streamlined functionality.

What do you dislike?

Tagging users in threads is frustrating. You can't remove users from a comment thread if your new comment only pertains to specific people in that thread. For example, person A, B, and C are in the thread. I tagged all of them. Person A has a question for me and only wants reply to me, but they can't as they can't remove B and C from their comment. This functionality used to exist before they started making changes for the New Experience.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Understand your pain points first so you have more productive meetings for possible implementation. Network with current users so you can hear first-hand experience of their day to day work.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Tracking work Marketing executes to share with our executive office so they know exactly how much we're doing. Workfront is only used for Marketing projects, and using this helps organize and optimize workflow so much better than Excel spreadsheets from the past. Pulling task reports to show how much work someone is doing for example can be great information for business cases to add members to the team, or understand what we may need to resource. This also helps us realistically assign projects to users.

"Best Application for team management"

What do you like best?

We can manage projects in the given timelines. We can easily allot work in the application according to team members. We can also assign hours according to our project and manpower.

What do you dislike?

Nothing dislike in this application but workfront is interface. It's have to work on layout for easily use.

Highly recommended application for organisations.

This application has really helped us to organize tasks in easier ways. We can able to organize our projects and group according to timeline and manpower. There are many ways to finds past incomplete tasks. It is really help us to saving time and effort to task planning and team building.

What do you like best?

It is easy to use this tool and it has flexible user interface. We are able to customize it to fit our company needs and give good working environment to our team members. Workfront fusion is very effective and ensures there is proper workflow across our company.

What do you dislike?

As a beginner I have a challenge to learn the operation but with time I was used to its working condition.

"Deliver quality and on time job with Workfront"

What do you like best?

It gives us a proper working environment for planning and making reports for ensuring there is excellent progress in our company. I like this platform as it gives us an opportunity as a team to come up with strategies for marketing our products and delivering better services to our customers.

What do you dislike?

I have not experienced any breakdown while using this tool. It gives us the service we require and the results are always as planned.

What do you like best?

Tasks can be easily monitored and resources can be allocated appropriately where they are required for proper completion of projects. Departments in our organization can collaborate easily using Workfront for effective production.

What do you dislike?

File organization on Workfront user interface sometimes may be slow and this may affect delivery of services to our customers.

I agree from my experience this platform is super effective in project and workflow management. Powerful in operation and high chances of quick returns.

What do you like best?

It easily enables us to organize tasks and make sure everything is done appropriately. This platform enables us to make decisions based on the reports from each department. We can gather information from each department and get feedback from our customers.

"Centralize all business processes for better planning"

What do you like best?

It has managed to single source all operations in our business and we have central position where reports and progress of every department can be obtained. Since we started using this platform we have moved forward and achieved a lot.

What do you dislike?

I have nothing to dislike from this platform. Programs have been managed well and there is smooth running of tasks and projects and there is proper coordination.

"Workfront efficiently organizes all your projects."

What do you like best?

Workfront is a smart tool for business work management and it also has an environment where you can share ideas, create content, manage complex processes and help people do their jobs better. It has a pretty good operating system of record as well as its time management solution, it allows you to systematically organize the activities of each team in terms of data management you can create, customize and manage reports efficiently finally stores the details of multiple projects efficiently in the cloud.

What do you dislike?

Within the negative points of this software is how difficult or complex it is to perform the configuration depending on the project, the interface does not have a striking design and integrates many tools that make its operation is confusing if you do not have enough experience so we must say that its learning curve is very high and adoption by staff can last a while, being a large and expansive program executive updates are very difficult within the platform.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I fully recommend Workfront because it is an effective and secure tool for project management in addition to having a manageable cost I recommend it fully for the implementation of project schedule and time management, tasks and activities, its collaborative environment has allowed us to work in teams so it is perfect for generating ideas and solutions for this reason I would also recommend it finally I must also say that there should be first a training because the software has so many tools that its operation can be really difficult.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Currently my organization is implementing Workfront in multiple departments to administer or manage a large number of projects especially those that are complex in nature and require good organization, things like budgets, project schedules and manpower have been managed efficiently with the use of Workfront for some people has been difficult to adopt its operation but with proper training in the use of this application we have had very promising results often achieving solutions to different problems.

"Impressive and Robust Work Management Solution"

What do you like best?

It's comprehensive and easy to implement within the work environment. Wasn't disruptive to day-to-day operations and provides a single source of record for the business to reference and understand the work being done.

What do you dislike?

Complex, too much functionality is overwhelming, it's a new technology so adoption has been a challenge. Needs to be more prescriptive with best practices solutions instead of allowing customers to truly customize the individual experience.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Reach out to other customers to get their feedback on how they solve similar issues. Invest in a consultant to assist so that you maximize your investment and start out strong. Be sure to have a tiered approach so that the adoption curve is low.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Realizing the amount of work Marketing Operations completes, SLA development, and better visibility to projects on a global level. Aligning processes and workflows across the global teams and creating reporting that tells a wholistic story. We are now able to see and understand our workload and priorities as well as start to restructure the organization to put the right amount of resources on each team to better support current state and future growth
