What do you like best?
I love all the awesome features of Social Pilot as it makes it easy for us to manage content not only for us business but also for our clients. I've been using it for a couple of years now. I also love the fact that it has all these functionalities but is still very affordable, making it a worthwhile investment for small business owners like me. They also provide excellent support. The staff is amazing, courteous, friendly and helpful. One of the best apps I've used so far. Great job and more success to you, guys!
What do you dislike?
I think one of the things the can improve on the app is the interface. Sometimes it's a bit slow. But then again, maybe that's my internet.
Another thing that I think will help a lot is to allow us to invite staff members with the use of a link. It's just that sometimes, when I add people, they cannot find the invitation email in their inbox. So I had to resend the invitation again.

Go for it! It's the best scheduling tool out there especially for businesses that want to get more for less!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's helping me schedule content for my business and for my clients with ease, speed and organization. There's also a reporting feature that allows me to give our clients a quick update on SMM progress. There's It also allowed my staff to schedule and publish content for my clients without giving them the actual passwords. So in case one of my staff leaves, all I have to do is remove that person from my Social Pilot account and that's it. I don't have to worry about client credentials or assets I've shared with other people.
Another important feature that I like here is the capability of managers to boost posts. I think that's very clever especially when we don't want to give people direct access to the clients' ad accounts.
