"Great tool even for managing private profiles!"

What do you like best?

Very simple UX, great functionality, a reliable and cool app for Android. Anything pops-in on the way you can just schedule for your calendar and organize when and what to post to your social media feed.

What do you dislike?

A bit difficult to tag companies/people, No PDF file scheduling :(

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I was trying about 10 different social media scheduling tools and ended up using SocialPilot. Simply great and more affordable than the competitors. Important to note, that I've used only for LinkedIn no other platforms.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is a great tool to plan your personal social media presence one week ahead instead of checking your feed all day. Also helped me to arrange subjects, type of content evenly along the given timeframe.

"Efficient product and support"

What do you like best?

Great product.

The positive aspects are to write only one post that can be easily shared on the various socials.

The support is fast and competent

What do you dislike?

I do not find any disadvantages in using the product.

I don't use the "Design on Canva" function but only because I don't get involved even though it is very useful.

My company and our clients love it!

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This app is super functional yet affordable. It's really helpful in content management for both my company and our clients. Definitely recommended to start-up and small-business owners! They have great staff, too!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Email invitations to join the platform are sometimes not being sent out so it's hard to add people. I hope we could share a link with them to let them in. I'd also like to see some improvements on the interface to make it more optimized.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The reporting feature helps a lot in giving regular updates to our clients. Scheduling our content means one less thing to worry about because we no longer have to wait around all the time just to post our content at the perfect time. I also don't have to worry about security because we don't have to give our credentials to our clients because we can simply link their accounts to ours. It also allows managers to boost posts without having to login.

"Awesome Social Media Tool, Amazing Staff, Excellent Support!"

What do you like best?

I love all the awesome features of Social Pilot as it makes it easy for us to manage content not only for us business but also for our clients. I've been using it for a couple of years now. I also love the fact that it has all these functionalities but is still very affordable, making it a worthwhile investment for small business owners like me. They also provide excellent support. The staff is amazing, courteous, friendly and helpful. One of the best apps I've used so far. Great job and more success to you, guys!

What do you dislike?

I think one of the things the can improve on the app is the interface. Sometimes it's a bit slow. But then again, maybe that's my internet.

Another thing that I think will help a lot is to allow us to invite staff members with the use of a link. It's just that sometimes, when I add people, they cannot find the invitation email in their inbox. So I had to resend the invitation again.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Go for it! It's the best scheduling tool out there especially for businesses that want to get more for less!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's helping me schedule content for my business and for my clients with ease, speed and organization. There's also a reporting feature that allows me to give our clients a quick update on SMM progress. There's It also allowed my staff to schedule and publish content for my clients without giving them the actual passwords. So in case one of my staff leaves, all I have to do is remove that person from my Social Pilot account and that's it. I don't have to worry about client credentials or assets I've shared with other people.

Another important feature that I like here is the capability of managers to boost posts. I think that's very clever especially when we don't want to give people direct access to the clients' ad accounts.

"Couldn't Live Without It!"

What do you like best?

It does what they say it will. I create all my posts for my business and for my clients with tags and hashtags. Then Social Pilot posts them. I work a month ahead, all the time. Then forget them, because I know they will show up. Very intuitive to use. Very easy And if something goes wrong or I need help, there's Aaron. He's my tech support guy at Social Pilot and he's great. Like a member ofy team.

What do you dislike?

Well, it is pretty wonderful, and truly I couldn't live without it, but if I could change anything, I would make th tagging more. The challenges probably have more to do with the social channel limitations than they do with anything Social Pilot could fix, but still hit or miss.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Time! I can plan and create my posts on my schedule, whatever that is and Social Pilot does the rest. And I create the post once and it populates to all the appropriate accounts,whike allowing me to tweak each post with hadhtag, tagging as word count as I need to.

Their pricing structure is extremely competitive, and the service is reliable and constantly evolving. Their customer service is second to none.

"Great and cheap"

What do you like best?

Socialpilot is so much cheaper than Hootsuite and easy to use. It is a great tool for agencies to use without spending a ton of money.

What do you dislike?

I really wish that it would auto publish to Instagram. Due to that, I have to also use Later for some of my clients.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm saving time when working on client's social media accounts. It is great for planning as well.

"Best Tool For Everything"

What do you like best?

Socialpilot is a simple Social media management tool small as well as large companies and agencies that allow you completely automate and schedule your social media posts for Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram and Pinterest in order to improve your social media presence and impressions.

What do you dislike?

Their interface could be a little easier to navigate. It takes a while to navigate the dashboard so we can put schedule the post and pictures we want. Also no features or implementation for videos, yet.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

if you want to save your money and promote your products or services across all social media, I would recommend SocialPilot.. There are others too such as Hootsuite and Buffer. With SocialPilot it is easier and cheaper options.

What do you like best?

We like how easy the interface is to use and that we easily manage different client accounts.

I wish there was a way to move things back to contributed if they've been added to queue by accident.
