"Reach Your Social Media Audience "

What do you like best?

From one place, I can post to multiple social media outlets. It makes it so easy, there is no excuse not to have a social presence.

What do you dislike?

The interface (dashboard, calendar, etc) takes a little getting used to at first. Wish I could default to calendar view.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The ease of going to one place to setup my social media posts is great. I don't have to go to each social media platform, thus, it saves me time and allows for one person to manage the process - although, there are options for a team to manage the process. I can tweak each post for the selected platform with ease. All of this has created a more streamline internal workflow.

"Flexible, easy to use, good price"

What do you like best?

Loomly's great - I use it for my own social media and a client's. We can schedule posts ahead of time and make sure we're talking about the right things and getting the balance right. It's really easy and intuitive to use.

What do you dislike?

It's a shame we can't post direct to Instagram as that's what we use most

The main benefit is scheduling ahead of time, but it also allows us to work together on social media and look at a number of different calenders at once (my own stuff and my client's for example)

Loomly makes social media promotion so much easier!

Pros: I love the fact you can upload everything and schedual it for release ahead of time. It saves on so much time, espeically when you are someone who is on the go like myself and get so caught up in life that you forget about things such as social media plugging during critical times. This took makes it so much easier!

Cons: I do not really like having to go through an additional tool, buffer. Would be nice to just have to go through loomly only and not have to download the buffer app on my phone.

Overall: So far it has been great and I've suggested it to all my freelance friends as a useful tool for social media promotion!

"Love this Program!"

What do you like best?

It's simple, easy to use and it does everything it's competitors dont. We spend a long time looking for a platform that had the value we wanted with performance we needed and a simplistic design and Loomly was it.

What do you dislike?

I wish they could autopost to instagram but I understand that's going to take time. It's only an inconvenience when you manage upward of 20 accounts which we currently do.

Get it, the company is family run and accountable. They're always making strides to improve and the program is great.

We're able to plan a social calendar ahead, copy hashtags quickly, pre-program info needed for facebook and more.

"We love Loomly!"

What do you like best?

Loomly is WAY cleaner than Hootsuite, which can make you feel overwhelmed just looking at it. The app is really simple (we only use it for manual IG posting) and the calendars can be copied or days duplicated across clients and feeds to save time.

What do you dislike?

I wish we were able to put things like hashtag holidays into a main calendar and view them across the board.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I think you should jump on youtube and watch a tutorial, check out pricing and then make the switch. If you take the 20 minutes to learn about it, it's more than easy to use and a great program.

We're able to create better looking content, faster so we can put more time back into our clients.

Great For Social Media Scheduling

Pros: I LOVE that you can write the content once and then tailor each set of copy for each social media channel. For example, the exact same copy that works for Facebook doesn't always work for Instagram & Twitter. With Loomly, you can write it once and then go into each platform and customize your content to include hashtags, shorten links, etc. You can also upload custom photos for each platform. Other social media schedulers only allow for one set of copy across all the platforms you choose, making it cumbersome and time-consuming when you have multiple platforms to schedule.

Cons: I cannot stand the fact that you have to also have a Buffer account to enable auto-posting with Instagram. I really, really wish they'd figure out a way to allow auto-posting instead of getting push notifications on my phone without having to have a Buffer account. I don't want to have to pay for two social media schedulers. Loomly would be nearly perfect if not for that huge flaw.

Overall: The overall experience has been wonderful. My only negative feedback is the inability to auto-post with Instagram unless you have a Buffer account. I'd also like to customize what steps I take when scheduling. (For example, I always skip the "audiences/filters" feature when scheduling for Facebook, and I'd like the option to get rid of that step entirely because I won't use it for my clients.) Otherwise, the interface is smooth, easy-to-use and learn, and helps me write and schedule content more efficiently.

"Loomly is the BEST"

What do you like best?

We have gone through a few programs looking for a great fit and Loomly was it. It really does capture almost all of what we need, more than the rest of the market, and also fits into our budget. Love the ease of troubleshooting and the plain layout - they even asked for users input when redesigning.

What do you dislike?

I wish, not their fault, that auto posts to Instagram were possible.

Make the switch; I wish we could make this a best kept secret because it serves our clients and frees up our time.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We no longer need to have multiple calendars or confusing dashboards to see what's posting where and keeping a clean content calendar.
